when I asked chat they said 2-5 days???

So I'm assuming I will get paid on the 5th day.

no, it takes only some hours and the chat support have no clue, what they're saying, but i've actually started a thread about this, because i have always problems with them!

They only tell you the rival standard rules, but they've no clue about the difference casino terms!

He did, they were completely clueless.

As for the route they suggested, sending the query to promotions, and the one you suggested, sending a PM, this is a DAILY bonus, there simply isn't the TIME to allow for these routes, support MUST be on the ball, and be able to sort out issues surrounding such short timescale promotions straight away.

If an email is sent to a specific player with an offer, this is a PERSONAL invite, and the player has a RIGHT to feel cheated if they then find the casino reneges on the deal. If it's NOT a "personal invite", then the casino has sent SPAM, something casinos in general say "we don't do". This then makes them out to be LIARS to the player. NEITHER makes the casino look good, the player has either been cheated, or lied to.

These constant complaints about Rival make the entire brand look poor, especially to players like myself who so far have NOT tried Rival software, and fear that I may well get these kinds of problems if I did.
 
The general rival chat support is really bad, they do support for almost all rival powered casinos inluding tropica, so its not tropicas fault . The rules that are in the CASHIER apply to all promotions, different rules for each promotion, and they are quite well explained there, so if you follow those rules, you should not run into problems.

I made the playthrough again today!!!

Pretend I get lucky a few more times (yes, wishful thinking) can I just keep cashing out on these free $20 chips? I have made 2 deposits there.
 
I've made a couple of small deposits...not done very well..no cashouts. But, I do get the $20 free everyday so it takes care of my Scary and Scary 2 fix:D
