Beware stated bonus terms at Slotocash

I play quite a bit at Slotocash, and I do use bonuses. I took advantage of a bonus this evening and have had some luck, so I went to the account page to see where I was on the playthrough. I checked the terms and conditions prior to making my deposit, and it said the terms were 30x playthrough. When I looked at the required playthrough on the account page, it seemed really high and when I checked it, it was 35x. So I called them to get it corrected. Oops, they said, the terms and conditions page was incorrect and this bonus was 35 times. I explained that I accepted the bonus based on the terms stated on THEIR own information page and said they needed to correct it and make my playthrough the 30X amount. The only option they offered me was to wipe out the bonus code and give me back my deposit. This is not acceptable.

It's obvious you need to be allowed to clean the said bonus at 30x. From a mile ! Wagering from general terms and conditions shall only prevail if there was no rollover mentioned when you took the bonus. Good luck, guess you'll get it resolved OK !
 
Update. Not only did the Sloto rep never get back to me, but now they are holding up part of my withdrawal. I was able to meet the higher wagering and still had a nice amount. Had to split it between bank wire and Bitcoin because of stupid weekly limits. They processed the bank wire but are now telling me the Bitcoin won't be processed until tomorrow - 6 DAYS AFTER REQUEST.

If reps are not responding you need to report it as this is not good.
 
Hello, as a good rule of thumb, always stick to casinos licensed in reputable jurisdictions. Not to say that all Curacao licensed casinos are no good, but if this casino was licensed in Malta for example, you would have had the opportunity to contact the regulator.

Cases like yours are usually upheld by the Malta Gaming Authority, since agreements need to be respected. This casino should have had enough common sense to own to their mistake and let you play yourbinus at X30.

In particular Slotocash, it does not have a good rating:

I dunno I think slotocash deserves more than 49/100..they have pretty quick customer support, they pay fairly quick.. I mean this situation sucks but I personally haven't had anything but a good experience with them overall.

But just wanted to say thanks for jumping in here on the forum, I think we all appreciate the extra help and getting on reps and everything else. I know Max and Bryan dont have alot of time sometimes so its a great addition.

Maybe you have been around for years and I am just being blonde.... but thanks regardless!

Thanks @lockinlove, I'm very happy if you've been contacted by the representative and solved the issue! I introduced myself some time ago, but been a member here for almost 6 years. Unfortunately not quite an active one, but since I joined CM last September as an Account Manager, thought it would be cool to be part of the forum too. And I like this community anyway :))
