I have had a terrible experience with Netbet, played there for a while maybe a few months on and off no problems. Then would get locked out of games all of them without any system warning. Eventually there was error code 212 which has little meaning to me or to casinos (I believe with my past experience with this code with various casinos.

Over a period of three days: Initially I used their live chat, always seems to be a guy called Nathan. I told him of the problem and after being kept waiting around 20 minutes he said he needed screenshots. Now again past experience with casinos tells me they use this as a stalling tactic and to get rid of you. I have sent many screen shots in and nothing ever comes of it. So I said no because it was an account issue, otherwise I would have to take a screen shot of every game they had on the site. He was bordering on rude and insistent that I provide a screen shot. I gave up and went to the account to get the balance out only to be blocked and the system said I had to phone them as the account was suspended.

So over a period of three days I phoned several times, never getting hold of them only the waiting music for 20 minutes every time. Then I emailed them a couple of times and no response and I gave them my phone number in the emails.

Nothing, Today I tried live chat again and Nathan was there again, remember my account was suspended just after I spoke with him a couple of days ago. I told him the problem and he said to email them and say that I don't have any gambling problems and my account will be open again within 24 hours and that it was closed after our chat a few days ago because I had asked for it to be closed.

Lies, all lies. I only have around £25 in the account but what if it was £100's or £1000's Bad Casino don't put any trust in them.
Plenty of other casino's out there.

I have sent off the email Nathan told me to send but I will be very surprised if they respond. I now give up and they can keep it.

NETBET are a disgrace to the online gaming industry Ricky

Still heard nothing from them

They have to be doing this to countless people and just like me fooled because I felt they were
established and that should equal trustworthy.

Some absolutely wonderful casinos out there, no need for the way NETBET behave, they could
make even more money by keeping good customers.
