[withdrawn]I recently posted a Warning against Sky Kings Casino, one of several WHG properties.

It has since come to light that several of the properties associated with WHG have already had Warnings posted against them and/or are listed in our Rogue Pit.

As such I feel that a General Warning against the properties associated with WHG International Limited or WHG Trading Limited is in order: players are advised to proceed with caution with these sites.

At this time that group is known to include the following:

  • 32 Vegas Casino
  • Amber Coast Casino
  • Blackpool Club Bingo
  • Blackpool Club Casino
  • Blackpool Club Poker
  • CD Poker
  • Diamond Club Casino
  • Euro Grand Casino
  • Joyland Casino
  • Kiwi Casino
  • New York Casino
  • PlayGate Casino
  • Prestige Casino
  • Ruby Bingo
  • Sky Kings Casino
  • USA Casino
  • *snip*

Those casinos which are underlined in this list have been the subject of previous Casinomeister Warnings, those in bold are already listed in the Rogue Pit.

The original version of this Warning was posted under SkyKings Casino: refusal to discuss player issues.[/withdrawn]

Ok, my education on this situation continues.

I now understand that the WHG group recently acquired a number of these properties and is currently in the process of cleaning things up. As such it would be inappropriate to apply the same Warning to the parent properties as I have applied to the others. For that reason I have amended the list to better represent the situation as I now understand it.

That said a number of issues related to the Rogue or Pending Rogue casinos in that list are new and ongoing issues. I think it reasonable to conclude that there are current problems within that group, not just old issues from the past, and thus the Warning stands.

In any case senior folks at WHG are, or soon will be, talking to Bryan so this situation is likely to have further developments.

It has been suggested that in the recent WHG expansion a group of casinos was acquired that had troubled pasts. I've now marked the casinos from that group in red in the original post (above).

Assuming that the information I have is correct it is clear that indeed some of those red-flagged casinos are the source of Rogue and Warning issues. But clearly casinos now in WHG that were outside of that group are also listed.

In other words the problems were not limited to that specific group. I take this as further evidence that the Warning is fair and appropriate.

I have received assurances from senior management within the WHG group that changes are coming that will affect all properties within the group.
[W]e will be rolling out the systems we currently have on William Hill Club Casino throughout the purchased assets.

From the context of our discussion this means that as the new owners of these properties WHG are implementing procedures that will ensure that previous problems with these casinos won't be repeated. In other words WHG is cleaning house and wants the table cleared of old issues while they do so.

On the basis of the personal assurances given to me and the senior level from which this comes I am marking this Warning "Withdrawn". I have expressed my sincere hope that the "purchased assests" are turning the page on the past activity that has resulted in Warnings and Rogue listings.
