It is Halloween time and Spooky Offers Time!

Free spins on Count Spectacular sounds like fun!---FREE---FREE---FREE!

Deposit money and get number of spins associated with that deposit.

Spins are limited to 50cents per spin. OK---so far---so good!

After the free spins are completed, you will get a popup that says congratulations you have
won $-----. Your wager requirements are NOW $----. (this turns out to be 60X your winnings
on the Count.)------All must now be played ON the Count----including your deposit.

All other games are locked.

By adding my deposit to my winnings, my WR became 7.5X.---not too bad on the face of it, but
since it ALL had to be played on Count Spectacular and the Count was quite timid in paying out,
I managed only 1.6X playthrough.

So---BEWARE---IT IS SPOOK TIME OUT THERE!

No, Maryjean,

This is one of the errors in these promos. You have to log off after the free spins and then log back in and then all real series slots are available. It is not just for that slot.

It has to be updated, as all slots have a lock on them but it is not what the terms have said.

RTG needs to update this.
 
Correct, it would be quite a bit of a stretch to make the complete wagering on one slot! And i have also found this is a bug: If somehow after logging out, it still doesn't update, contact support and they should be able to fix you:)

Also thought it was possible to save your spins till after you won and cashed on the deposit, or lost it. To save you a bit of w/r..

Well, if it is a mistake----then I didn't find any correction.

I didn't know about that theory, but mid term I logged out and when I went back all games were
still locked except Count Spectacular.

If there are exceptions to their rules then the casinos should clarify the facts.

If there are special rules then they should spell them out---1---2----3, because one could win a
very large amount on those first "free" spins and 60X a large amount could take you forever to clear on a single game--(which in this case it didn't).

I had this happen to me once before, some time ago, ---I fell into it by accident. I played the free spins and got about $6.00. I continued to spin the same game for a while, but got absolute zero so changed to other games---they played---but I could not cash out because I had not cleared the WR on the same game(which at that time I didn't even know was there).

And i too have had that other scenario, to have to play it out on one game, but that was a No Deposit Bonus specifically for a new game, and that was also stated in the coupon details.

But if this was a deposit free spin bonus, then normally you can play all slots, and if you did log out and in, then found all the other slots still locked, that would be time to contact chat, i.m.o., well next time at least:)

It was really quite confusing. The Promo was so many free spins on Count Spectacular depending on how much you deposited.
The Free Spins had to be played on the Count and when those were done a popup came up that told you that you had $---- wager requirement to complete. It was a multiple of 60 times the winnings.

The first time this happened to me I thought the wager requirements would be done when I had cleared the winning amount, ---but you need to use your deposit to help clear that and even though in this case the amount would have been do-able, the game played so poorly afterward that I couldn't even begin to make it.

The Real Time Game Listing on the coupon page showed the full list playable, but each game on the graphics list had a little padlock beside it, except of course for the Count.

I even clicked on some and they were definitely locked.

And as I mentioned before---if you happened to win a large amount on those free spins you would really be up a creek without a paddle. Imagine 60X $1000.00 or more.

I had told myself before that I would not take anymore "free spins", but I succumbed on this one, and it was just as I had remembered.

If you are playing, i know it often is a pain to have to go in chat, and solve any faults or misunderstandings, but please do so anyway: i would suggest even now, to either contact Yasmeen, or maybe your VIP-rep or support, and see if anything can be done in retrospect, especially if this has happened before.

I already was sleeping when you posted this:)
I only had the issue with the bug there, which was fixed by logging in and out.
If that doesn't work in the RTG you are playing, then i would still pursue it.

Basically from the same mindset "for others and myself, in the future" i usually go into chat or even write to management, if i find these errors, as to try and make sure they don't occur to the next player, or myself, again.
Not trying to be critical or anything, just that there are probably less people helped effectively with a post here, then with a real resolution found by tech or management.

Of course, i can relate, and if you don't find it worth the trouble now, then i hope you do next time. Provided there is a next time.. :D
