Bit of a moan rather than a complaint. Before i moved to Canada for 2 years of barely any online gambling and government owned casinos i had an account with Hippodrome Online (One of Betways brands), I remember being able to sweet-talk the live chat into flushing my withdrawal requests. Won a nice wodge of cashish last night and tried again but they said the only thing they could do to get rid of the "Reverse Withdrawal" function is to close my account for 48 hours.

Is it just me, did i get the wrong live chat agent or have things changed?

At one point, they were actually pretty good - with an active forum rep., and the occasional special promo etc. But they changed their ways - who knows why. It could have to do with consolidation with Digimedia - I have no idea. One thing for sure, they have lost the player friendly touch.

Before Digimedia, Betway was the UK Facing casino operation of The Palace Group -. They are now all part of Digimedia. Betway can afford multi million TV advertising campaigns and shirt sponsorships of Premier League teams such as West Ham. Yet they treat their customers as just numbers and their affiliate partners with contempt. I don't call them Bullshit Partners for no reason!

Those behind what was the Palace Group have been acting like this for the past decade. Ever since they pulled out of the US in 2006 and wanted to drip feed affiliates their rightful earnings from their US player base.
