Betway not paying!

I’m having trouble with betway paying my withdrawal. I have sent them all my supporting documents bank statements/license proof of address but they always tell me they did not receive I been sending to support@betway and verify@betway and I’ve done this atleast 6-8 times, 3 days ago I was even told everything is fine all documents are verified and withdrawal should be processed soon and next morning asking me to send everything in again. It’s back and forth and I’m afraid they won’t pay me 12k plus withdrawal. It’s funny that you can deposit in seconds but go threw a cia interrogation when withdrawing. I really don’t know what to do and I’m new to the matter where the site is not paying up if anyone knows what I can or should do please let me know

i hope you get your money,actually just tell them that you want to close your account,you will get your funds,several months ago i had an awful experience there,i signed up and made 3 deposits of around £40 each after the 3rd deposit they blocked my account and said i had a gambling problem,few hours later i got an email saying that they was closing my account i had about £30 in there which took 2 weeks to get,absolute awful joke casino avoid

I had same issue. Won a £1000 with first bet and immediately had account closed. Was asked to supply various documents and photos of license which they spent ages validating. Disgusting. Surprised they are allowed to sponsor Premier league games.

It finally after 12 days and me still getting emails to send documents again says ids been paid out today threw interac etransfer? Which i have not received as of yet. You would think it should take 30mins max for etransfer but it does say 1-3 days. Another concern I have is etransfer is usually 3000 to 10,000 daily so wondering how and if the payment will come

Where as my first night on betway I cashed out 6k for a 20 quid deposit that was 3 years ago and I've never had a problem with withdrawals or having to supply docs..

Perhaps you can help me, what do they show as on your banking statement when you've made a deposit, do they show as betway.com or something else? Trying to track down an old Deposit can't find them under bwtway. Would appreciate your help pal
