Betway microgaming issues

Is anyone having any issues playing on microgaming slots with Betway? Ive been asking them for help, for over a year now and is driving me nuts! Seeing they haven't got back to me and i keep complaining, im guessing they cant help. When i try to play on one, it says 'previous coin size no longer vaild. Coin size will be reset.' Which is reset to zero! Or you can change to zero! Included screenshots. Tried clearing cache and cookies, tried incognito, different browser and different device's. Any ideas much appreciated.thanks
