Not quite sure what you are saying here, but it sounds like you deposited 20 and they gave you a bonus...
You then played and won a considerable amount.
    Is that right?

If so, then yes, you are obliged to complete the Wagering Requirement for the bonus before you can cash-out.
I think that it's only Bonus x40 at this group, which is VERY reasonable these days, and you should be able to do that quite easily with the balance you have.
Note that only Slots count at 100% in wagering, so if you are playing other games, you need to check the T&Cs in detail to see how much they count towards WR.

These terms are completely the norm for online casinos - if you are new to "our world" a little bit of research before you go any further would arm you for what's to come.

Welcome to the best gambling forum on the internet!

Sorry to pull you up twice for a similar thing in 24 hours, but this thread is about BETWAY, not Betsafe!
    (More haste, less speed...?)

Betway is part of the Palace Group, and the WR on their welcome bonus is Bonus x50.
(They have increased that recently from x40 - and didn't bloody tell me... B'stards! :()

That's very strange - how much bonus did they give you?
If it was only 100%, that would be a £20 bonus which would have a WR of £1,000.

Turning over £1,000 (or even £1,950) with a starting balance of £700 should still give you a VERY healthy profit from a £20 deposit, so I'm very confused here as to exactly what happened and why you say you lost the whole lot...
    Which game(s) did you play?

Losing the whole i meant that they rejected paying out due to bonus
They said they will pay it if im up to 1950 only which is really high
So i will gamble it away now and close my account
    They can stick it..

Sorry, but they are not "scammers"
ALL online casinos have T&Cs which you have to agree to when you sign up.
And ALL online casinos have T&Cs attached to any bonuses they give you.
And ALL online casinos ask you to turn over your bonus OR your Deposit+Bonus a certain amount of times before you can withdraw.

It is YOUR responsibility to read, understand and accept these T&Cs BEFORE you deposit.
If you are not prepared to do that, then I suggest that you should not gamble online ever again.

I wish you a happier experience in the future.

    Are you mis-understanding here?
You DO NOT have to get your balance up to £1,950.
You just need to wager that amount (on slots) before you can cash out.

Not sure why your target is double what I would have expected though - which country are you in?

One thing I find odd is that they gave you a bonus, and you didn't notice prior to commencing play.

Surely you check your balance beforehand. Anything greater than your $20 deposit showing in the balance box, should have rang alarm bells.

My advice in future is slow things down a little, and make sure everything makes sense before you click the spin button. Once you click spin, and you have an active bonus in your account, you are obligated to meet the attached wagering requirements prior to requesting a withdrawal.
