Hi I joined Betuk tonight and played through the opening bonus which seemed pretty fair. Did not get far and busted out less than half way through. Decided to throw a few more deposits at the place and hit a pretty decent run. Made a decent cash out request *just under £1000 so from what I read on the terms they wont ask for documents for withdraws until the 1k threshold is met.

So any ideas on cash out times ? They dont have skrill so had to withdraw back to Debit card. I usually check withdraw times before making first deposit but in this case did not. And when I did try to check I could not really find any info and live support offline. Site seems okay but games lag pretty bad. Had to keep re-starting most of them. Anyway any ideas on how long this outfit takes to process back to visa debit ? Raging Rhino was kind to me tonight

It vary's across there sites, 2-3 days and on my card the day after, Just one Qs, Did you get many errors or slow spins?

One good thing is they always paid me

Hi got some slow spins but the speed was not that bad. Certain game did lag - GOT JP. Others did not such as Raging Rhino and a few other WMS slots. Got a few errors where the game lost connection and had to restart but as the night progressed it did marginally improve. Spoke to CS they just told me 72 hours pending then a further 3 to 5 days after that for funds to hit my card. So lord knows. If what they say is true seems awfully long! Sent CS an email asking them to clarify if this is correct. I wont reverse so I am safe on that point. So lets see. Will update here when they have processed my withdraw.

Yes there adding games on a weekly basis, No netent, Just a shame as decent wager, no hidden rules, no max bet ect, have you checked out there sister sites? ipsalderney.com careful as the max 100 withdraw rule if not made a deposit,

No limits with a depo bonus just on a free sign up which a few of the sites give you and no depo has been made

Yes will update when the funds hit my account. No more play or deposits from me until I see how fast they are. If it really is 72 hours pending then a further 3 to 5 days for credit to debit card I will give this group a miss until they speed up withdraws. No excuse in the UK these days. We have instant payments which cost nothing and even refunds to debit cards are usually over night. Had a refund from Amazon for example. Spoke to them yesterday morning and it credited my account over night yesterday. Anyway will let u know as I said.

Edit : also for the record I send money to Denmark sometimes and when I do it from my bank over to the Danish bank Jyske or Danske Bank it credits within minutes even when sent from my UK bank. So we are now in the era of almost instant banking for most places. Same when transferring money from La Caixa bank in Spain. No more than 20 mins to credit uk accounts. 3 TO 5 Days processing is these days BULL!

I have nether been asked ask for I.D, I guess it was the banking once they got your cash out might of seen something suspicious or could not verified by what ever they do there end, Hold tight and you get your cash, As stated as soon as its left pending stage than in my acount the next day, Also like I said they work weekends,

Would be very interested in how you get on. I joined betuk and withdrew winnings of £150 on Wednesday and its still not processed. I have not received any email asking for ID so who knows

Will update here when I get paid. This is the down side of online gambling when you get these kind of run arounds and slow delayed payments. They just do not get it that this does not work in the casinos favor in the long run!

Well i contacted them and they just said 7 working days is the time scale. I asked about the 72 hour processing time and they said thats the time it takes to go from bank to bank??? Still none of the wiser but I'll keep you posted

One thing about this group is that they have not a brain cell between them, 2-3 days pending than in my account next day (Barclays / visa)

Only last week I kept reversing on one there sites and called it night Friday & about 11pm and had a few hours kip and looked and was out, next day Sunday it was n my bank, All sites say 3-5 days once been processed but if a visa debit card than its normally less than 24hr

Documents were verified last night. Withdraws still pending. Over the 72 hour period. So nothing as of yet has even left the casino.

Just spoke to live support seems I am finally getting somewhere

"OK your ID has been passed and your withdrawal is due to change from Pending state very shortly. It will change to Complete which means the funds are on their way to you. Withdrawals take 3-5 working days to reach your bank account after the date of ID approval"

Payment to card, Guts (next day) BETAT, Next, 32 red (day after pending or two days after W/D made) never let me down, withdrew as late as 11pm GMT on Guts and had it paid to card by 3pm next day

These guys are trustworthy as fcuk as that's why I very rarely stray, big em up every time for many reasons and not one of em offered me a job
