Betsson problem

Hello,


I made a deposit on Betsson this morning, played some slots and lost it on live roulette.

Asked support if there was a possibility to block live casino, because I never win on that.

Got an email that they cannot block just the live casino, they would have to block all the slots too.

Tried to login to my account and play slots, got error messages that my account is restricted in some kind of way (not country restriction, I tried to play the games I always play).

Tried to make a sports bet, also an error. Tried live casino, also error.


Contacted live support to check if the whole site is maybe down, they said everything is fine. Asked if my account is blocked, they said there are no restrictions on it. They said they will proceed this to some other department and contact me via email.


Still no e-mail, I also replied to the first mail and told them I can't access any of the games.
No replies gotten.


Are there any reps that could check this for me?

Btw, the service at Betsson was phenomenal until today, hope it continues the same.

Right as I posted this, an update.

Got an email but the same generic message about forwarding it to the other department responsible. Feel like this could take really long.
