Deposits and bets
We are no longer accepting bets or deposits, with effect from 10:00hrs BST on 21 October 2020.
Open Bets and unused bonuses
We will pay out all bets which were not settled before 10:00hrs of 21 October 2020 on the basis that they are winning bets.
We will also pay out unused bonuses as cash.
In each case, the funds will be credited to your account.
Your funds
Your customer account will remain open (unless you choose to close it) on the website, and you may access it to effect withdrawal of any funds in your account in the normal way, until 23:59hrs
on 18 November 2020.
If you do have funds standing in your account
please therefore log in and withdraw the funds as soon as possible.
If your account has no funds in it, you do not need to take any action.
After 23:59hrs
on 18 November 2020 your account will be closed permanently.
If
after 18 November 2020 you still have funds which were not withdrawn from your account, you will have
until 31 December 2020 to contact our Customer Services team and ask for them to arrange to return your funds by an alternative method.
Between 18 November and 31 December 2020 if your account has any remaining balance, we will make further attempts to contact you including by email and will attempt to refund monies direct to your payment method where this is possible.
