OK I am new to online casinos. I played blackjack and roulette with Betsafe as it was accredited. I put in 5K played for a bit and took out 5.5k (about £500 profit). The withdrawal was processed two days ago after I was verified. Today my bank account only showed 2.5. So, 3k less than I expected. Should I be worried as all the withdrawal were processed at the same time (5x £1000 and 1x £500). Three payments of £1000 have not got to my account. The deposit and withdrawal were from/to my visa debit card linked to my bank account.

Thanks

well you could easily contact the online support at casino and ask what it is ..

are you verified ? i think there is a limit to withdrwal before verified..

not sure thats your case though

Thanks for your reply. I am fully verified. Spoke to casino chat and they said all the withdrawal amounts were processed two days ago in the evening. So they are saying it was all sent to my bank account

At present, do not worry. It's likely that despite all being sent at the same time, they haven't all posted to your bank at the same time. Check again tomorrow. If they still don't show, send an email to CS asking for confirmation that all were sent.
Make the final check Tuesday (banks don't always update accounts Sunday night, so Monday's balance may still be showing the state for Friday.

I have seen charges made to my card on the same day posted on different days on my statement, but they are usually within a day or two of each other.

It's now the following day and the money is still not showing in my account. Just out of interest if Betsafe say they sent the money but it is not showing on my bank account. What are my options. They obviously have my right account as I got about 40% of what I took out. Not too worried at the moment because they are accredited and Betsafe have a fairly good reputation but still something that I would rather not go through

I have just tried their live chat and it is down. Probably nothing but can't help but worry. I have just realised that if they were to face insolvency I would lose all my money. I was beginning to change my mind about online casinos after trying live Blackjack but the fact that if they face insolvency means you lose your money is not right. Once I got my money it will be back to B&M casino for me.

You have nothing to worry about and I am sure your withdrawals will show up in your bank account soon.

Betsafe is part of Betsson - one of the most reputable gaming groups in Europe. Huge publicly traded company with more than 50 years in the gaming industry.

Betsson brands in general are some of the best casinos available online in my opinion (but still very underrated on CM`s rating system).

Betsafe is part of Betsson, their 2014 profit was 770.7 million SEK, 82 million euro.

They are not any closer to insolvency than large successful UK bookmakers. Maybe doing a lot of same sized transactions instead of one large transaction between two accounts looked like an attempt trying to stay under the radar, and some automatic anti-money laundering system froze them for closer review. What ever the source of delay, I'm pretty sure you'll get the money in couple bank days.

Nice, Its weekend so try not to go on the lash and end up putting it back in, I didn't mention anything b4 as I knew you would be ok and others said that, I had many withdraws on the same day from sites and the later withdraw has gone in but not the first one? I no banking systems are up to date these days but there is still delays for some unknown reason,

Last month, I made a deposit at Bet365 for £100. Played CFTBL for about an hour and got up to £275 before cashing it out.

Imagine my surprise when I looked at my mini statement to see that the withdrawal had been paid into my account
before the deposit had been taken out of it. Definitely something I was not expecting to see.

So there you go, sometimes banks process transactions in the wrong order.

Glad you got your money in the end....enjoy it

Theres a few sites that payment is in before out : Including galacasino & guts, Threre is one site that money comes out quicker than a rabbit in a head light, Spingenie & some times I have had money took out the same bloody day, It does not matter as it does come of available balance but a few years ago I used to have a reserve on my bank, If you gone into it you was charged £22, So if deposit and and managed a win and money was actually back in before out than you was nether charged the £22, That was a while back and got rid of that as the £22 charge only lasted 5 days before you was charged again,

But its really good when you have a good fast payout, I wish casino would listen, Just if every one stopped playing at theses sites what hold your cash.
