It has been instant for me.

Only one thing i am not satisfied : betsafe dont have loyalty team in weekend and betson has.

I can't get any responce , so need to wait weekend for my VIP coordinator. .

They have loyalty program , but i think it is manually. Or it is from what coordinator do. In my Betson account vip coordinator , every week contact me. . So it depents who is coordinator , and weekly game play ( lost )

Nope can't say I ever get contacted by a coordinator, deposit for over a year now and one night played back 500€ asked for a goodwill bonus and got the usual copy and paste Betsafe reply saying I don't qualify for one

I really don't think that betsafe/betsson have bad loyalty schemes. They have the odd match-bonus usually in combination with a new slot-release and their mobile-cashback at the moment. Other than that they have great tournaments - especially the big ones they have 1-2 times a year. Admittedly it's not very low-roller friendly but it's a great place to play at.

Payments are usually instant, however for some reason I also have to wait up to 3 days on rare occasions - no clue why. The rep once told that they have an automated system which processes the withdrawals instantly when certain criteria are met (he didn't tell what these are). It seems like you have to deposit via the same method before and have to be fully verified. Also it seems certain countries benefit more from it, i know players from Germany, Switzerland and Sweden that had instant withdrawals. Maybe south-african players are generally paid manually. It certainly has little to do with the withdrawal size because I a middle-sized 4 digit amount once which was paid instantly.

Yeah betsafe. I dont know what is instant . I have played here since 2009. I use skrill here and all bettson group casinos.
Cashout takes 2-20hours. Betsson is better to me, day or night when press withdraw moneys are in skrill that second I like.

Thanks for the reply. In the end I reversed the withdrawal and resubmitted a few minutes later and it was processed immediately.

In regards to loyalty, it would be nice to see more match bonuses or free spins for regular players.

I started this thread and have had only good things to say a about them however after depositing 1k a day on that groups casinos and I have gotten a couple of free chips since Christmas. Betsafe haven't ever showered me with gifts bit at one stage bettson was giving me a couple nice matches a week but no more since Jan 1.
Being their biggest fan it is sad when i have to say I am looking for a new casino to replace bettson group on my list of casinos I regularly deposit at{daily}

To be fair I think betsson group casinos offer decent promotions for everybody regularly.

To pick a few at betsafe:
- regular riddle-based free spin promotions
- 1 match bonus for mobile devises up to €100
- bonuses based on winnings/losses on different kinds of games (new slot game on Monday, live-games on Wednesday and Sunday)
- 1-2x a year a big loyalty promotion with a prize-pool of €20,000

Betsson itself offers similar promotions. During the Christmas time and especially until now they where a little weak with offers like: Play €10 on a progressive and you earn 5-10 FS. Currently they have an offer where if you hit a progressive Jackpot your winnings will be matched up to €500. Sounds nice but I don't have the patience to hammer progressives really hard - but that's just my taste and doesn't apply to all players.

Generally speaking I think the quality of promotions at this group is far above average. Customer support is probably among the best out there and they are one of the very few that offer promotions that are REALLY interesting for mid/high-rollers. I qualified for a live-event last year in Malta (BJ & Roulette tournament) which was fantastic. 5 stars hotel, delicious food, great hosts and much more. It was more of a high-roller event but I don't know many casino that offer promotions like this. If a casino invites you to a cruise after you've lost €50k I don't call this great loyalty.

They are probably not among the best when it comes to compensating losses after a bad session. But I don't know many casinos that are doing that on a constant basis. The only ones would be Betat, where they are dropping in some chips or VS with constant CB/races where the low-roller should prefer VS and the mid/high roller should prefer Betat.

One of the most important things you have to do as a player is to compare those 8.5+ casinos and pick the ones that fit your playing-style best. For me as somebody that doesn't only play slots but also live-casino and card-games Betsafe/betsson-group casinos are among the best to pick from.

The Betsson group are not known for their loyalty rewards. You can deposit 50k in a month and still be treated like dirt IMPO.

Betsson completely lost my custom because they decided they need to target the nordics instead. Sadly, i make the odd minimum deposit now instead of the couple k's that i used to.

Move on - Best thing you could do. Redbet / Whitebet treats me like gold
