Betsafe, site running slow?

It takes ages for the casino games to launch, when i click on game it takes over 30sek before the game launches.¨
The games launch great when your NOT logged in, but when you log in and try it takes ages.
As usual the support didnt see any problems, but it tried several dns servers and from several computers.

I just hate it when CS state all working there side? Yes as there just testing the game as we would not longed in, Different mater when logged in low, I have noticed this across a good few sites

I agree, its quite annoying when they allways say that everything is working fine when you know that theres problems.

I have personally tested games from several providers. And did not experience any lateness with loading the games, nor during the game play itself. yes, im still having problems.
I have tried on several computers and 2 isp:s(bahnhof and bredband2) and the same problem.


Bestsson works fine, the problem is only with betsafe.

And its only the casino part of betsafe that runs slow.

And like i said before, everything runs fast when im not logged in,it only appears when i log in.

Its probably to do with a large SQL query that doesn't have indexes. Possibly a tournament database or similar where a moderator might not have any database entries; So they don't get the same issue.

It seems to be okay when I check the URL you have specified, it might be the issue because of the internet connection that you have that's taking time for loading of the website.

And no, like i wrote i tried with 2 isp:s, with about 10 computers and with crome,ie and firefox.
I tried with 100/100mbit/s,1gb/s and 2gb/s internet connection speeds so i doubt that the speed was or is an issue.
