Betsafe, of Betsson Group, not pay player winner

BETSAFE/BETSSON: The worst casino ever

As part of the Betsson Group, I believed and trusted in this company named Betsafe

I created my account, deposited, played and done a few profits (160,05)

However, the site has not paid for my withdrawal so far

So, it is a scam site: it exists only to receive registrations and deposits, and does not pay the player who wins something

I would like to get my money back to my account (160,05) to continue playing

Until then, my thoughts are negative about this company

You are dishonest!

They're stealing money from honest people

They accept people to register, deposit, play

If the person loses what they deposit, you are happy

If the person makes a profit, you remove the entire balance and remain happy. They claim that the person has two accounts, which is totally impossible, because in my house, internet and in my family, only I play sports. Only me, my wife and my daughter live in my house, so no one but me has an account on this site

You make up lies so you don't have to pay player winnings

I did another test: I deposited, played with my deposit and lost. And you didn't return it. But when I deposited, played and won, you removed all winnings

So it's very easy. The site will always be happy and profit. The player is impossible to win in your company. Is this really fair play? Only in your rogue thief head!

Hello,

I understand that you are upset but you can't continue to make unfounded accusations against the casino without being willing to have their side of the story told. As I see it you have three choices:
  1. follow the instructions they've given you, which I assume is to go to their designated ADR. If you receive a favourable conclusion from that process then you're welcome to come back here and say so.
  2. file a Player Arbitration (PAB) request with us -- Submit Your Online Casino Complaint - Casinomeister -- and I'll approach the casino in the hopes that they'll discuss your issue with us. If you are successful in your complaint against them via the PAB then you are free to come back here and say so.
  3. be satisfied with what you've said and done so far and drop the subject, at least insofar as our forums go. As I've said you can't keep slagging the casino without their side of the story being properly investigated and the outcome reported.
Please decide which course of action you will take and proceed accordingly but know this: continued "lies" and "thieves" accusations won't be tolerated if you don't have legitimate grounds to do so. That means having a 3rd party -- the ADR or us -- rule on the case and decide in your favour. Anything short of that is insufficient grounds for you to continue as you have been.
