Okay, based on info recently provided the PAB can now be finalized.
The OP has said "This company is lying about the limit, she says the day i set limit i also removed this?" (here) FTR their stated policy is:
AFAICT from the player's history of Exclusions and Limits (a) the casino has followed their stated policies re enforcing the player's limits, and (b) the OP did exactly what the CS people said he did, set his $1000 limit -- 10/06/2013 21:51:03 -- and 25 seconds later requested it be removed.
Bottom line: the casino acted responsibly re closing the player's account and the casino implemented their Limits policies as published.
Case dismissed.

''If a customer wants to increase the limit or remove their limit, the new limit will not take effect before a 7-day cooling off period to ensure that this is not a decision the player makes in the heat of the moment.
