Casino Complaint Betsafe BIG problem. Please help

I have a problem with Betsafe. I deposited 2000e, won 1900e on Live Casino. I requested a withdrawal request of 3900euro, they asked for documents, I sent document. Documents aproved, account verified.
The problem is they return my withdrawal request back to Betsafe account without any reasons (7 times)
After each bounced withdrawal I contacted Support. Support informed me that My account is verified and my withdrawal will be processed and instruct to withdraw again. Done that, same problem. On my last conversation with Support the same thing, I try to explain them and eventualy they gaved me a stupid reason, that they have problem with moneybookers.

Conversation with Support(I will post 2 conversation, because all are the same):

I had this happen once between Ladbroke`s and Neteller, no less than 3 times it bounced, the 4th I instructed Ladbroke`s to cancel the withdrawal which was only £100 which I ended up playing again with and managed to turn it into just over 1k (not saying the same will happen for you, just pointing out that these errors between merchants and E-wallets do happen).

Betsafe Casino Represantive told me: <<MB is bouncing back withdrawal - we contacted them allready and we are waiting for their reply. Hopefully it will be solved soon and you will get your money asap - but in this case we are depanding on the 3th party company. Of course dont worry - after withdrawal will be processed i will compensate you time of waiting with some extra bonus money.

I checked this info with monebookers and they DID NOT confirmed this information. Moneybookers told me via phone that the only situation when this problem could appear is that betsafe send money to wrong email address, but this is not the case, becuase on my Betsafe Cashier the email is correct.
In conclusion I still didnt received any valid reason for this problem.


P.s.
Can anybody tell me if they received a withdrawal via Moneybookers from Betsafe, in the last 3-4 days?
