BetRebels payout problem of €7729

Hello everybody! :)

I have a issue with Betrebels there is 2 issues with this casino:
1. Issue is about the slot " max dangerous of the lost relics" (red rake gaming) should paid me out a Total win of 27,729 .The win I got was only 20.000 euro for some reason. I asked for he bet history. I looked at the replay it stated max win 20K but I calculated the win myself and it should be 27.729 euro. I can see in the play replay that the right amount was not issued. After telling this to the support they put in on investigation.

2. Issue They won't pay me out all my winnings. There is delaying tactics involved and they asking for documents which are like ridiculous to get also very personal. I verified my account before playing at there casino ( it's required) Then when I had a big win I made a withdraw. They not paying out a selfie holding my id was necessary and 6 months of my skrill history after providing those I need to make screenshots of my skrill history for 6 months. These were 70 pages of screenshots It was approved.

After they send a email
" We are pleased to announce you that the account verification is completed.
You can now easily make transactions with Rebels Gaming Ltd.
Thank you for your cooperation."


I thought everything would be fine. The next request was provide a bank to pay out I provided with a EU bank. It was not possible, The needed a " DUTCH bank"(please proceed to A bank account from the Netherlands") I provided them with a dutch bank. They made 2 payments. Then they requested 3 months of history of my dutch bank. ( which is not my choice of pay out. ) I provided them. Now they need screenshot of my bank with details which are not on my bank website it's a joint account. So I can't cash out.


I provided them a EU bank the next request was a dutch bank. I provided them a dutch bank and they paid me instantly 2 times. After that I needed to provide them last 3 months of the statements which I did. After that they requested a screenshot which I did. The address was not the same as it is a joint account also on my name. I provided all the documents in this case
- Proof id
- proof address
- Proof skrill ownership
- Proof of income
- Selfie holding my ID
- Proof of statement last 6 months skrill
- Proof of bank
- Proof of bank statements last 3 months ( they already proccesed 2 payments on this account.)
- screenshot which was possible for a joint account. ( couldn't make a more clear screenshot for the ownership)
- Provided a EU bank which they could pay out but they refused.


After pushing them to confront them about the 7,729 euro that was missing, they locked me out of my account for the reasons that I transferred to a third-party bank account which isn't true! The bank account is a joint account with the same last name as mine. I am a bit clueless what to do I try to talk with the license provider but there very slow and not helpful. I would like to hear your guys take on the issues and maybe some pointers to send me in the right direction. Thanks! ( and also beware you of this casino as I not want this to happen to anybody else)

Ja dat is dus het vervelende van NL spelers. Geef ze KYC van je partner: ID + Bewijs van adres (liefste een met beide namen er op). Dan uitleggen dat het in Nederland erg normaal is dat een man en vrouw samen een rekening beheersen en beide volle zeggenschap hebben over wat er gebeurt met de rekening. Desnoods er aan toevoegen wat voor bewijs ze willen ontvangen om te begrijpen dat jullie beide eigenaar zijn van de rekening.

You got the max win. You do not get anything over that.
So the casino can set the limit on the max win?? Because with this slot your win will be multiplied by the multipliers you collect in the freespin and my final win amount didn't add up with the win I supposed to get. If this is the case a casino should at least warn on forehand that you can't win more than an X amount.

ps. Why would you play a high volatile slot when you never can win the highest amount possible.

Bedankt ik heb dit gedaan, ik heb meer het idee dat het casino een reden zoekt om niet te betalen. Heb gelukkig nog iets terug gekregen.

So that means they can cap any slot on a 20.000 euro max win? I thought slots where non adjustable for winnings. I think it's shady term and if any slot developer will cooperate on not letting the player win the maximum amount the rtp from the slot will tarnished with for a disadvantage for the player.

I played the slot because it has a high win potential. It says nowhere the win will we capped at a x amount or x times your stake. Really bad advertisement for the slot.

Yes they can. On RTG Slots i believe it is 50,000x line bet. There are other providers with max wins too.

Well because the calculation with the multipliers was not correct I calculated it myself. If there is a hard cap on the slot I would be paying it. I had a nice win it could have been more crazy. Some slots exceed 10.000x your bet on winnings. This slot could have be the same but with hard cap...

ps. They didn't pay me, everybody can see which hoops I jumped to get a small payment. After that no payments anymore.

Aye, but it seems there is a max-win cap. So that's fine and dandy - frustrating when your actual win goes over, but it's there in the rules, so nothing to argue.

Chasing the payment is your issue - and this is what you should consider launching a PAB about.
