Hello everybody! 
I have a issue with Betrebels there is 2 issues with this casino:
1. Issue is about the slot " max dangerous of the lost relics" (red rake gaming) should paid me out a Total win of 27,729 .The win I got was only 20.000 euro for some reason. I asked for he bet history. I looked at the replay it stated max win 20K but I calculated the win myself and it should be 27.729 euro. I can see in the play replay that the right amount was not issued. After telling this to the support they put in on investigation.
2. Issue They won't pay me out all my winnings. There is delaying tactics involved and they asking for documents which are like ridiculous to get also very personal. I verified my account before playing at there casino ( it's required) Then when I had a big win I made a withdraw. They not paying out a selfie holding my id was necessary and 6 months of my skrill history after providing those I need to make screenshots of my skrill history for 6 months. These were 70 pages of screenshots It was approved.
After they send a email
" We are pleased to announce you that the account verification is completed.
You can now easily make transactions with Rebels Gaming Ltd.
Thank you for your cooperation."
I thought everything would be fine. The next request was provide a bank to pay out I provided with a EU bank. It was not possible, The needed a " DUTCH bank"(please proceed to A bank account from the Netherlands") I provided them with a dutch bank. They made 2 payments. Then they requested 3 months of history of my dutch bank. ( which is not my choice of pay out. ) I provided them. Now they need screenshot of my bank with details which are not on my bank website it's a joint account. So I can't cash out.
I provided them a EU bank the next request was a dutch bank. I provided them a dutch bank and they paid me instantly 2 times. After that I needed to provide them last 3 months of the statements which I did. After that they requested a screenshot which I did. The address was not the same as it is a joint account also on my name. I provided all the documents in this case

- Proof skrill ownership
- Proof of income
- Selfie holding my ID
- Proof of statement last 6 months skrill
- Proof of bank
- Proof of bank statements last 3 months ( they already proccesed 2 payments on this account.)
- screenshot which was possible for a joint account. ( couldn't make a more clear screenshot for the ownership)
- Provided a EU bank which they could pay out but they refused.
After pushing them to confront them about the 7,729 euro that was missing, they locked me out of my account for the reasons that I transferred to a third-party bank account which isn't true! The bank account is a joint account with the same last name as mine. I am a bit clueless what to do I try to talk with the license provider but there very slow and not helpful. I would like to hear your guys take on the issues and maybe some pointers to send me in the right direction. Thanks! ( and also beware you of this casino as I not want this to happen to anybody else)
