    i have requested a bonus 27$ in betphoenix i completed the pt and requested payout and i received this mail:

    In regards to your most recent withdrawal request we would like to inform you that your withdrawal request has been declined. And here is the reason why; One of our Tournament rules say: All Winnings will be voided if Free Chips or cash back are used on our Slot Tournaments. Due to this reason your payout will not be processed.

    This is after having a problem Withdrawing to Neteller of which Nicolas Johnson in formed me it was due to Maintainance being carried out.

    Have sent an email to payouts- No response yet !!

    Also contacted Nicolas Johnson

    Not impressed at all :mad:

    Will update when I know whats going on, There is no reason whatsoever for them to cancel my withdrawal.

    nicolas say: Just so you know, I can confirm that Omar was wrong, you are right. You didn't play any tournament with the free chip. You'll get your money back in your account. You can then request payout, and Omar will be dealt with accordingly

    I wonder how you would of got on if you had not joined CM and why is the money being returned to your account instead of your withdrawal processed.

    I can also confirm I dealt with Omar the other day trying to claim a $50 freebie I was sent last month as a re-download offer.

    He was incredibly rude and should be sacked immediately.

    He said it was expired - I said there was no expiry on the email - he said "check again" (yup - just those two words!!)

    I asked him to pass a message to Nicolas Johnson for me and he said "I dont have his email address" (WTH???) "You will have to contact him yourself".

    After that I just said my goodbyes and shrugged my shoulders.

    If this is the ilk of live chat reps they have, then they shouldnt bother providing the service IMO

    Unfortunately, one never knows what kind of job the hired help is doing until they are called out for it, like in this thread. I sincerely hope Omar never answers another live chat call. I'm really close to bagging this casino, but to be fair, I'd probably close all RTG accounts. They all suck lately. I took a break from them at about 70 deposits with no results and came back a couple months ago and still, nothing has changed. 1 more deposit and I have 100 deposits and have never made playthough. The reason I take bonuses is at least I can play awhile.

    Last night contacted Live support again- Spoke to another CS Rep (I would of refused to talk to NO HELP AT ALL (OMAR). The Rep said he would find out for me.

    Came back with apologies and said "I would be paid by Friday" Still no explanation why the withdrawal was returned to my Casino acount. So last night I withdrew again.

    Also had a reply from Nicolas stating that he does not see anything wrong and that I will get paid.

    I attempted to withdraw last Wednesday but was informed by Nicolas that they were carrying out maintenance.

    So if I do not get paid today, they will have gone beyond the 5 business day rule.

    Not having a good experience with these guys.

    Will post when I get paid

    You know it makes me wonder why these Casinos mess you about when it comes to withdrawals ,do they not realise that player retention is important ??

    To add - I joined Black Diamond Casino after playing at Betphoenix . I won and was paid the next day. So along with 32RED you can guess what my Casino of choice will be in the future.

    I thought the max cashout on any free chip with betphoenix was a paltry x2?

    Why i wont really play there, even when you deposit and take one of their bonuses your locked into some stupid max cashout rule, usually x10 which i mean is truly pathetic.
