Casino Complaint betpheonix removed my 600

    [pab-in-progress]i was played betpheonix casino one months before this is rival casino, i got bonus of 900% deposit of 50, and i played and won more than 500 , and i requested withdrawl of 500 and they removed all remaining balance becouse their terms says that 10x deposit amount,

    After that i revesed 50 from this 500, but didn't claim any bonus . And played with this 50 and won more than 600 so i requested 600, but they didn't alow me to withdrawl this amount they removed this 600. When i enquire regarding this they replyed me iam in special terms and conditons. But thier terms and conditions shows that all reversel amount is treat as cash deposit. then why they told me that iam in special conditions, i didn't calim any bonus by revesing form this amount.

    i didn't know why they did this with me......i can't say betpheonix is black listed casino.. couse they processed me all other withdrawl except this one.

    also note that i claimed before many bonus reversing by withdrawl and they acecpted too. but i don't know why they teated me like this. iam so confused. can you help me if iam eligible to withdraw this money[/pab-in-progress]

    thankyou for posting......Now betpheonix casino changed to rival casino, and i finished all wager requerment for they issued bonus and i request withdrawl, i just reverse 50 from my pending withdrawl of 500 and didnot claim any bonus, and thire temrs and condition also showing that all reversal amount is treat like deposit.

    Each time you reverse a withdrawal or part of a withdrawal will treat it as a new withdrawal which will start the waiting period all over again. Contact the rep, NicolasJohnson, I'm sure he will help you get this straightened out.

    This behaviour is unacceptable. The Rival cashier handles all withdrawals automatically ie if you havent completed wrs you cannot withdraw. The max withdrawal (on a bonus) is also calculated and all surplus winnings are automatically deducted. The casino takes no part in approving the withdrawal since all terms have already been adhered to. Betphoenix is taking advantage of players' naivety in stating the above. Typical Rival though.

    Maybe it is the OPs bad writing, or my bad reading - but I think he is talking about when Bet Phoenix was RTG, one month before they switched to Rival...
    I could be wrong though - it has been known :p

    Ya right KK. I missed that and it is strange it took the op so long before posting a complaint. BP switched to Rival for quite a while. If it was still rtg they might have applied this max withdrawal condition and you cant do much about it though personally I can find no reason for this behaviour.

    i was played betpheonix when casino in rival technolagy...... but i having account with them when they are in rtg casino..... and they already alowed me to calim bonus by reversing amount.... and i won amount on it and they proceced my withdrawl also. but this time i didn't claim any bonus by revesing my pending withdrawl. becouse there are no bonus claim in my promotional page.....so i just reverse 50$ from my pending withdrawl and played.......and i won 600 ......but they didn't alow me to cashout this amount. is there any thing wrong ?[/pab-in-progress]

    @munnoos: please (re)read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, you are jeopardizing your PAB by not following the guidelines provided.

    Also, please check your email at the address you provided. I have sent you detailed instructions as to what you must do in order to proceed with your issue (there are several problems that you need to address).

    I remember an identical issue (last year maybe) with BP and the player was not paid and the policy was stated quite clearly by Nicolas at the time.

    It is the same as the Slots Jungle policy, and IMO it might be time for a warning to be posted for similar reasons.

    We offer our services in English and if you are not understanding what we say to you (which certainly appears to have been the case) then, no offense, you are wasting your time and ours. English is virtually the 2nd language in Kerala, there must be someone who can translate for you.
