Good day!I have been playing in this casino for several months. at first everything was fine. I made deposits, withdrew a small amount 1 time. made a deposit of 920 euros this month, won. the account was 2,500 euros. I requested a withdrawal, but besides the fact that the daily limit is 1000 euros, they cannot even withdraw 1000 euros to me. the financial department does not reply to my mail. life chat does not give any really comments. account verified. did not take bonuses

They seem to have a Curacao Gaming Licence: No.8048/JAZZ 2015-035. (Its copied from their site, but do they mean 8048/JAZ?)
Owned by: SG International N.V.?

Even AG kicked them out :eek:
Cant find so much info about them.

but how can you contact the regulator? what to do to get my money?
they write that the finance department will only be in a couple of days.

@no1likeus : You did read the PAB Rules, yes? Did you skip the part where it says:
1.10 - While your PAB with us is active and open please do not post on our forums regarding your case, nor on other forums regarding your case, nor file your complaint with another 3rd party arbitration service(s): we strive to get your issue resolved ASAP so please respect our efforts and don't confuse things by asking for outside assistance while we are engaged on your behalf. Failure to comply will, at our discretion, result in your complaint being cancelled and discarded.

The rules are there for a reason. In this case posting on the forums basically wastes our time because the casino has to fight that fire and tends to ignore the PAB discussion we're trying to have with them.

Next time read the Rules, don't waste our time and all will be well.
