Payout Time Correction betfred cashout time query

Hi,

i hope this is the right spot to post this.
I made a withdrawal from betfred on monday which when i checked this morning had yet to be processed. I spoke with live chat who advised me that it takes 48 hours for withdrawals to be processed. I in the accredited section it states that the cashout time for betfred is 24 hours. My other concern is that the withdrawal is sitting in the cashier and showing as reversible but the accredited section says that the reverse period is 0 hours.

The Betfred rep has looked at the thread and I believe one of the other member's PM'd them to let them know it was being discussed but as yet we have had no comment.

It also depends on the VIP level as well I believe. The higher you are you can ask live chat to get the payments team to process it immediately.

this is true although the vip support team can only email the payments team to process it, it could still take a while once you ask for imediate processing and if your out of office hours then it will be the next day, its bugged the hell out of me recently as i used to be able to set my watch by when my withdrawels would hit the bank looking for a new no1 choice casino now a s a result
