Bonus Complaint Betfair Arcade Bonus - Slot used my own money instead of bonus, Betfair won't refund

I have checked the Casino Rep list and, correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't appear that Betfair has one on here.

Now then, I received a £5 bonus in the Betfair Arcade and the eligible games for wagering are listed at this link:

The game I picked from that list was Ali Baba. But when I clicked this link:

it ended up taking me to a different game called Ali Baba's Treasure, and I made 3 spins at 40p each before noticing the money was being taken from my main balance and not the bonus.

I contacted Live Chat and spoke to a person named Kimberly. She claimed that when she clicked the link it took her to the Arcade homepage and that she would not be able to refund the £1.20.

In summary, Betfair have made an error and put the link to Ali Baba's Treasure instead of Ali Baba, meaning that unsuspecting players end up playing the wrong game

Bonuses Appear As Cash

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Betfair Arcade bonuses appear as cash when you load any game associated with the bonus. It's only on the arcade homepage that the bonus is separate from the cash balance.
