So yesterday morning everything was ok and later in the day all slots started showing an error.
I have tried 3 different devices, 2 different browsers, cleared cache/data/cookies, reset router after one rep kindly insisted it must be the ISP.
They said the issue must be at my end yet nothing has changed and everything is updated.
I don't use mobile data, never do.
I use Chrome since their app is adamant that I am not in the UK which I absolutely am.
I have tried pokerstars which works without issue so I don't think the issue is at my end.
Today a rep told me they would check with their manager, they came back to say that a provider is updating some of their games.
I don't think this is it since it's all games from all providers apart from the Betfair casino branded games which all look outdated and clunky.
Yesterday I saw an error message after many tried to open a game and googled it as it was different and Google returned results mentioning some kind of server issue when this error is displayed and something to do with their API.
Upon first inspection they told me to try some links sent, none work but then told they worked at their end and then told a few minutes later they are not working now.
If a provider is updating slots then only some would be out of action for the time being and not all of them?
Also told that they wouldn't load since I had not made a deposit, which I had yesterday and used it on the only thing I would which was blackjack (the only one which would load, again, on Betfair casino provider) so today I made a small deposit just to prove this is not the issue.
They tell me to check again later but this was the same answer yesterday.
Wondering if anybody else has experienced this?
