Betboo Partners non responsive and no commission recieved

Hi everyone I have been sending emails to betboo partners regarding payment of my commission I have been emailing them over a week now and nooone has responded to any of my emails i even have some of the affiliate team on skype and i see them online and they refuse or choose not to respond to my messages so i am left to think that they wont be paying me my commission owed, does anyone else here has that problem? or is their a rep for the program here, anyones help will be greatly appreciated.

Same here ,have a cash out for over a half year now, they put my funds back into my account 1 week ago I contacted the support if i make a cash out now when will i receive my money, They said i would receive it with 48 hours, after that, no responds whatsoever send over 5 emails they are totally unresponsive

Do they have a casinorep on casinomeister?

I have the same problem. Made a withdrawal 6 days ago. Sent in the required docs the same day without being asked. 2 days later I received an automatic message that asked for docs. I replied that I have aldready sent them. Since then I´ve written to them twice to find out what is happening without any reply. Today I can´t even log in to my account. Anyone have any info?

I do not recommend Betboo. I have never really heard any good things about them, seen many complaints etc. But I should also add that I have never tried them out. They were originally targeting the South American market.

Think they also have changed software supplier a few times in the past. The company behind Betboo is also owning CasinoClub (mainly targeting the German market).

But no, I do not have any info about the current situation.
