Misssed a promotion yesterday with betat due to work commitments.
Spoke to live chat, explained I missed it as I was to busy to check my account. Wondered if there was anychance they could add the match, spoke to a guy called 'Vaughan' told me he will look into it, anyway I was disconnected, within 3 minutes no word of a lie this guy emailed telling me to get on chat soon as and the promotion will be added.
When my internet was sorted i did and indeed the first agent I spoke to told me she had all the information and my bonus was added awaiting my deposit.
That's what I call service. That's proper no shit get stuff done service. That's why betat are in my opinion amongst the best.
This is how a casino should be run, granted I'm no mega high roller. I've been vip there last year. But lately my deposits ain't been so big.
I also got a birthday gift from them in febuary.
Lovely customer service and efficient.
I'm far from a shill, a advocate of the casinos as a lot of my past posts prove. But with betat... it's simply A case of credit where credit is due, top ran and totally professional outfit. Would recommend to anybody.
 
BetAT are far and away the best when it comes to customer service; always answer immediately, always on the ball when a problem arises. Vaughan, Selma, Michael, Sam, and several others have spent ages just chatting and joking with me. Makes you feel at ease when they almost know you personally and recall funny moments from previous days/chat sessions.

If they would just add progressive jackpot games back at BetAT/Slotty I would see no reason to play anywhere else. I know I'll never win one but it would be nice to be able to take part :D
 
Its nice when a casino does this because lots wont. Ive tried this exact thing before when I missed something...even by hours and slotsmillion and vegas partner lounge wouldnt budge. And in all honesty both groups have lost many deposits from me because if they cant bother to appreciate a player they can piss off.

its their right to decline but I dont like it lol

Vaughan is spot on for customer service, probably the best CS rep I've spoken to on any live chat. Maybe he should take over the duties from the reps on here as I think he would do a much better job. Few reasons I won't play at this group any more, but for normal customer service they are fast and very good.
 
I agree, Betat are great. Had a game play issue there a few months back which i reported through chat. Was expecting the standard "no issues at our end, can i suggest clearing your cache and cookies". Instead, was actually surprised they wanted to investigate. Even went to the trouble of explaining the likely outcome after contacting the game providers. I forget what the issue was, something to do with multiple games being open or something but a pleasant experience non the less. They don't quite have the game library for me to be my main haunt but still get a regular deposit, mainly due to their customer service. Chances are, gonna loose anyway, may as well loose it to the good guys out there.

A first time player wouldn't go wrong here. Even the bonus structure for a first time player is top notch.

Thats funny, when i posted something on here about them, they refused point blank to speak to me through support as i had 'escalated' it on here, when i had done no such thing. It wasnt even a complaint!

Can't comment col on other players issues, but they have always treated me beyond well.
I was once a vip there, I'm hoping that's not the reason I was treated well, but for a while now Ive been no high roller, literally deposit match only player.
I'm calming down my slot play, as much as I know and believe it's regulted properly, some things won't ever add up.
Possibly the end?.. maybe....

I'm no longer a regular player at Betat, for reasons that have to do with my limited deposit option more than anything. The singular is deliberate. A conflict between my prepaid and their processor, and I'm basically unwilling to pay an extra 3% to play by funding my ewallet.

Never found them less than helpful, friendly and clued in. Seemed they always had time for a bit of a chat if I wanted it, and solved any issue on the spot generally, no need to escalate and wait hours.

Still admire how they run their operation, and I'm always glad to see a thread praising them.

These truly are some of the good guys, and I so respected how they handled the DDos attacks some time back, and the transparency they have always shown.

It always shows something too when staff is with them for years.

While I may not be an active player, I would not hestitate to recommend them to others.
