i have been depositing and playing at Betat for a while, great site and no issues, and after the DDOS i deposited a bit more. so the long and short is imade depositsof £3400 had some luck and tried to withdraw £4200, but could only withdraw £2500 - was told that was the max amount to my debit card. withdrew that yesterday, tried to withdraw another £2500 today ( thanks to my DOA wildline) only to be told the max withdraw is £3500 per week. I know there are issues after the DDOS attack, but that doesnt excuse the different responses i get from CS INCLUDING EMAILS THAT SAY THERE ARE NO LIMITS!!

Is anyone aware of the weekly withdraw limit??

My limit before the 'attack' was 7k per day (to ewallet) .Not sure what it is now.
just checked- max deposit by card £500,ewallet £1000 and cant tell what the story is with withdrawals as everytime I click it it either sends me back to homepage or logs me out:confused:

Presumably if CS say there are no limits yet the system is saying 3500 is the max, won't they flush the rest for you?

Incidentally, 2500 is a frequent max for debit card withdrawals at many casinos but it's usually "per transaction" rather than time-limited, so you can usually just go to the cashier again and do another etc.

Didn't check about flushing, but got an email from Karl to say they put the limit in after the DDOS attack as protection - presumably while they rebuild what they need to after being down, but I will still feel more comfortable when the withdraw hits my bank and I can make a further withdraw. Betat is my favourite site, but maybe they should have spent a further few days down to solve all the issues?
Has anyone else had any withdraw issues?

Before I was told about the limit, it just kept failing to process and I had to go back to the start, but CS never told me about any limits that were causing this, and I even received an email to say there were no limits.

Hey all,

As Ive communicated to cncas2123 privately already, this is a temporary measure for this week only until normal service is resumed. The DDoS attack put us down for a week which means that deposits froze completely while we continued to pay out pending withdrawals.

For this reason a temporary limit of 3.5k per week per player was implemented for this week only, while deposits pick up and normal service is resumed.

Developments today suggest that this weekly limit may already be lifted tomorrow, wo Ill keep you up to date.

Cheers all,
Karl

Thanks Karl, my concern was that CS didn't know there was a limit, they emailed to say that no limits existed so I kept trying to withdraw and kept failing. I understand that there are issues after last weeks attack, and hopefully things will settle down over the next few days, as I've stated before, and told you by mail, Betat is my favourite site and I've never had problems before, and its getting my full gambling budget at the moment.

betat withdrawals

I made my first deposit to betat as mentioned in another thread, last thursday and was given my withdrawal the following week due to their current problems. Anyway, their promotions had still not been reinstated on my account so fed up of waiting for my second deposit offer I decided to deposit again, twice with my debit card. I got lucky and now do not seem able to withdraw. My card was confirmed already and my methods are listed as:
skrill (with my debit card number) kyc ticked
credit card (with my debit card number) kyc crossed
Do I have to have a skrill account to make a withdrawal even though I never deposited with one please?
Any help much appreciated
Thank you very much
Angela
ps I have emailed betat asking but wondered if anyone else had overcome the same issue

My own reply :)

Replying to my own question now! When I logged into betat today and went to withdrawals I was able to draw back to my debit card no problem so it must just have been an issue they were having yesterday evening. All's good now.
