Admittedly I dabble at various casinos in cyberspace. I recently discovered the crossover NetEnt casinos, and I am loving the wide range of new games. While I already made my feelings for the quality Guts has to offer clear, I wanted to take a second to recognize and review the team at Betat/SlottyVegas.

First impressions usually are lasting ones, but in this case I couldn't have been more wrong initially. The first thing I experienced, was at Betat. I have been absolutely spoiled customer service-wise by the likes of 32 Red and other Microgaming standalones who provide 24 hour round the clock customer service. When I had to "leave a message" for support on my welcome offer, I thought to myself....this wont last.
First nice surprise at Betat was that I could actually see my RTP at will, lifetime and for the session I just finished. Very nice touch! While that RTP stood just under 90% for a few weeks, I am proud to see it over 110% (for now) lol. I don't know if it is just xmas time at Betat, or if the promos are usually as plentiful as they have been, but no complaints there either. Customer service, when I have contacted them, have been outstanding. Friendly, fast efficient. Fast verification process, and VERY fast payouts. I had a $5700.00 hit on Wishmaster just last night. I went to bed, and woke up to the funds in my e-wallet. Funny thing is I was going to reverse withdraw some of the funds last night and keep on playing (losing). It was one of those times where I had lost perspective, and was betting and losing fast and heavy, and Betat saved me from myself by NOT offering a reverse function that was easy to find anyways, if there is one at all.
SlottyVegas was my second foray with this group. Very neat concept. You deposit with no bonus, and depending how lucky you are, you build your own bonus. I took a $25 deposit, and by Friday I had $115.00 in Supercharged funds (their version of a bonus). Same excellent customer service, same lightning fast payouts, and they give away free spins every Friday to boot!

Guts, Betat and SlottyVegas are all power players, and IMHO candidates for casino of the year this year!

In fact,I am new to MG and NETENT casinos,but I already found many problems there.

I would recommend you keep an eye,never fall in love with any casinos.

I am also thrilled with both casinos. Extremelly fast payouts and 1-2 small problems I encounter were solved in no time through live chat.
If they continue this way in the next years, I really wonder how the MG download casinos will be able to stay in business.
