Vaughan is in a league of his own.
He was immense as a rep and a credit to betat. I few weeks back I had a email from a vip manager asking why I’d stopped playing with them.
I answered...
Now them and slotty banned me.
From VIP to nobody lol...
There loss, shame though as I liked both casinos.

Right as alot of you may know I was locked out of betat and sister site due to a few words on here, nothing out of ordinary but nether the less it happened. So I receive a few emails from betat just this week? I thought whats going on as not heard nothing for a few years and thought I was barred. Any way I log in and my account is open? So a question to betat, is my account back open and what has changed? In all fairness I always thought they was a good site. I will wait to hear and in the meantime see whats been going on.

As I understand it, that statement is backwards. It was current ownership reluctant to come forward, that Bryan had made every effort to reach out, and that they ARE being judged on current leadership not past.

As i read it over the last few pages, the issue was during transfer over 6 months ago....and that current management are more than happy (and have been for a couple of months) for Bryan to go into the offices in Malta to check. The rep has made the management team very clear in the link provided haven't they?

Well, as I read it, Bryan has stated that not until at least November he wouldnt be in the position to go down. Maybe he'll revisit the issue then?

Has anybody actually had any “real” problems with betat/slotty? I’ve given them a bit of play lately (would have been more but they won’t have trustly for another few weeks and that’s my preferred payment method now ) and I have to say everything has been smooth, great cashback, all withdrawals handled efficiently and vip team respond to any queries within the hour so I personally can’t fault them.Just a personal experience but I think there are many many worse places to play.
Hopefully they will get all issues sorted with casinomeister/POGG and be accredited again soon

Hi - new user here. Yes, I'm having on-going issues with Slotty Vegas so my advice would be: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They confiscated over £6000 of my winnings for "fraudulent behaviour". To date, they have supplied no evidence to support this claim. I have been in contact with Greg Bennett, the CEO, who's stance is basically "take us to court". I also have the UK Gambling Commission and various other authorities involved. I am now preparing my court case and will fight this vigorously so cannot go into further details, but I thought it important to alert people that this outfit cannot be trusted. You have been warned!!!

Only speak from my personal experience but they’ve only ever treated me fairly - one time I thought I was going to fall foul of a t and c breach re a withdrawal, contacted by them and it was all squared away with no fuss.
