I did not receive the mail till hours after, No where across the board did I see a a table bonus, NOWHERE, maybe I was a bit quick to deposit b4 you put info up, Also there was no second screen, I went to deposit page and seen the bonus, there was no 2nd option about table games, I am not lying to you that's one thing I do not do, I went to help straight away and they told me I had no bonus, I said I not ask for one, I received one and it was wrong, only after the fact I seen the rules, I hate it when cs always think you asking for bonus? The banner of the promotion itself clearly states that this is a table exclusive bonus.
The 30 word overview of the bonus itself states "Hit the tables with a special Halloween treat - double the bankroll! Make a deposit before the month is up and you'll get it doubled for table games!". This is also repeated directly above the 'claim yours' button.
The first term of the conditions situated directly below the 'Claim yours' button claims "This bonus may only be used for table games. Please refer to term 7."
There's also a direct link to the description and terms and conditions on the deposit page which we obviously expect players to make use of prior to proceeding. Calling us out on something you neglected to do and then insinuating that we have altered the banners is absolutely not on.
Once again, we always ask for players to read the terms and conditions or in the very least the description, before making a deposit. Reading the description or even just the banner would have averted all of the above.
