    Sorry i could not find the earlier thread regarding Betat.
    On the website regarding FAQ's it tells us that all withdrawals will be paid by Tuesday at the latest.
    I e-mailed them yesterday evening to ask the latest and was told that i would not be paid until they were back up and running so i am a wee bit concerned i am seeing two different answers.
    Is there anyone else out here that is awaiting the same.
    I can only imagine the hassle Betat has had to put up with and i only hope there is an insurance to cover this sort of thing as losses at the moment must be huge.

    The payments team are working day and night to reach the deadline of processing all pending monies tonight.

    Thankfully everything looks on schedule for us to realise our Tuesday deadline. With regard to credit cards, they too will be processed today on our side, however the bank would require a couple of days processing time as per usual.

    Ill issue an update with regard to the progress on the above later on today. Once the withdrawals are paid out, its on to finally getting all systems back online in the shortest time possible.

    Hi (been reading a while by never posted!).
    Can anyone still log into read the faq's on betat?
    I requested a withdrawal on the 2nd and had to verify a new payment method. I got confirmation on 3rd at 2am that the payment had been processed. I was able to log in before but get an error message now. I'd have thought my payment t would have gone through before the website went down since that started in the evening the following day but it seems not.
    Anyway I was just wondering if any update was available in the site? The last one that I saw said everything should be processed on Tuesday and I usually have the payments in my account at end of following working day (it was refund to debit card) but nothings come through.
    I did email support too but haven't heard anything! Have they confirmed whether or not payments were made Tuesday? I probably just need to be patient...but off xmas shopping this weekend and would be so nice to have the money!

    Last update was on Tuesday that all withdrawals are being processed.

    Just joined

    I joined Betat on Thursday 3rd, made my first deposit and withdrawal and had to send id. Sent, confirmed and withdrawal authorised that evening but not received it as yet... It was debit card. Do you think I should write to them or am I being premature?
    Also I emailed all id that day, are my details safe do you think?

    Thank you, Harry. I am not in a hurry, it was a small deposit and withdrawal I just thought everyone else already had theirs but if they are still being processed it's no problem.
    I was more worried re my id getting pinched.

    That does not happen with a DDoS attack. DDoS means that some hackers are combining many computers/servers around the world and send millions and millions of requests to one website. e.g. open page "about us". Hence the attacked servers give up under the pressure put on them by the sheer amount of requests. This is the basic explanation, i am not computer geek enough to know much more.

    But they never gain access to any data files, no need to worry :thumbsup:
