Betat debit card withdrawal times

    I've only ever made one withdrawal from Betat but I'm disappointed it's taking so long for an otherwise very creditable company. Does anybody else have experience of slow withdraws back to debit cards? My logs show that the withdrawal was processed on the 10th July and I'm still waiting for it to hit my account.
    Yes, yes the blurb says that withdrawals can take up to 8 working days, but I'd have thought that was to cover themselves in case of problems rather than being the usual routine.
    Previously, from other accredited sites I've used I've never had to wait more than 3 working days maximum for a debit card withdrawal so this is somewhat frustrating and somewhat contradicts the 'lightning fast payouts' advertised on their front end.
    CS has assured me the withdrawal has no problems, and on Tuesday they even said it should be with me yesterday.
    It's a real shame as otherwise the site is great, but as I'm the kind of player who deposits and withdraws in 'blocks' i.e. - I won't put another deposit down anywhere until my withdrawal has been received from the previous transaction then it stops me in my tracks for a bit.
    I will probably use the Neteller option in future but it's a real shame that for whatever reason the processing for debit cards takes so long after it has left Betat whereas other providers seem to get a better deal on speed once it's been flushed.
    Of course, this could be out of Betat's control as they did process quickly at their end, but I wonder why it takes so long after that as we all know other sites can get debit card withdrawals to you so much quicker.
    Ironically, I signed up to another casino, made £150 on opening night and got that back to my account 2 days ago via debit deposit and withdrawal so the benchmark was even more negatively reinforced for Betat.

    Yeah, I do exactly that, wait for the w/d to arrive before re-depositing.
    As for the times, like yourself I play at Bet-at and use a debit card, and for some reason they are 24 hours longer than other sites. If I make a weekend w/d it always hits my current account on the Wednesday next, whereas at Betfair/Guts/CasinoLuck/Videoslots it always arrives there Tuesday. This isn't an issue at all as I know it'll arrive as always.
    If you've waited now a week something certainly doesn't seem right especially when they've processed in in a few hours. Possibly in your bank's suspense account as an error in the destination details?
    This definitely isn't normal though for Bet-at.

    A very quick and amicable response from Karl to my alleviate my concerns.
    He's assured me that my withdrawal is hassle free and on its way, only hampered by a recent change in payment providers which affected some debit card transactions to take a little longer during some teething problems.
    He even had the decency to throw me a free chip for the trouble. Now this, is why I only deal with accredited casinos.

    If there sure that its left there side than its normally the next day, It funny how you said that because I still waiting on a deposit to come out my bank from luckydino? I deposit twice, 2nd deposit came straight of avalible balanse as normally does when deposit on sites but the 1st deposit has not? I try to be fair and let the casino no but they said its come of there side, I would like to no as hate waiting about and no no whats going on

    might be OT because mine is credit card

    I also had withdrawal problems with my credit card. I waited for some couple of days maybe 7 days but still to no avail, nothing is arriving. However, I talked to Daniel and explain to me the processing delays and because of the inconvenience, he threw me some bonus chips for me to play with. That is so awesome. By the way, he promised me that by Thursday or Friday, the funds will be on my account so let's see. Actually he would be happy to put my withdrawal funds to e-wallet but unfortunately I dont have any so I will just wait for that until the promised date and I'm not frustrated about that since I trust this people. Also, I will only re-deposit once I see the withdrawals is reflecting accordingly. That is my method anywhere I play.

    Betat not living up to their reputation or promises

    A withdrawal request for a modest amount was excepted and cleared for payment to me at about 9am on the 12th Feb. On Tuesday this week I asked live support to check if there was any issues and I was told everything was fine and to expect it to hit my account by Wednesday or Thursday. On Thursday this week I contacted them again and they said that there had been some delay but I will get my money soon. Today I was informed that there was a technical issue and did I have an alternative method of receiving payment? During today's live chat I was passed on and repeatedly cut off chat with "No customer service rep available" Then my account got logged out. I am left without a clear date for my withdrawal to possibly hit my account still. I have made withdrawals in the past from Betat without issue and all my Documents have been verified. I am so disappointed in this highly praised site for their apparent duplicity and unwillingness to be candid with me in dealing with my withdrawal issue. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue recently with them?

    I just had a word with the agent concerned.

    Yes, your withdrawal was part of a small batch of WDs which got delayed on the side of our card processor. It is my understanding that the agent asked you if you have any alternative payment methods in order for you to be paid out immediately without delay, which is the best he could have done given the situation apart from the crediting of free spins you were given for the inconvenience.

    I've have spoken personally with the third party concerned, and they have assured me that the funds have been located and will be reversed, so we will have to re-process the withdrawal to your card again should you decide for us to take this route rather than an instant payment to an ewallet.

    Again, Id like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you, and hope to rectify the matter for you as soon as possible. Should you wish to speak to me directly, please do not hesitate to send me a PM.

    I was assured a number of times earlier in the week that my payment had no issues. That flies in the face of what I learned today. That is duplicitous. If the issue had been detected on Tuesday when I first enquired and was told there was was an issue then I would not have a big issue now and the payment could have been in my account much earlier. I was fobbed off on Wednesday and Thursday by CS too because I began suspecting there was an issue. I have copies of CS chat and I was not given an explanation until pressing for one this afternoon. Thank you for the free spins on starburst. The 68p winnings where appreciated

    The sarcasm is uncalled for. If my firm is anything, it is transparent. In fact the thread you dug up is two years old in which i came forward on a similar issue stating i will resolve it personally. Glitches will occasionally happen. While we aim to minimize these occurrences, sometimes they do happen. We offered payout alternatives to you as well as compensation. I've taken a look at your case and dealt with the banking supplier for the players affected. Situation is now resolved and i'm assured the payout has been processed by our card supplier and now it is just a mater of usual banking process.

    Now if you prefer to have your pound of flesh by smearing our reputation, i hold nor the ability nor the desire to stop you.
