Hello,
I wonder if you could answer a few questions please...

In the T&Cs 'Game Weights in relation to Bonus' ... Baccarat - Not Applicable; then 'in relation to Promotions' - Baccarat 10%. So can you explain the difference between a bonus and promotion? If the bonus has no weighting in Baccarat, how does that work? Is it still available to wager with in Baccarat? To be able to withdraw any winnings from Baccarat does the bonus and initial deposit have to be played through on an alternative game first?

section 12.4.3 seems to describe any kind of progressive betting pattern (increasing wager after wins or loss and then reverting to the unit bet)... is that not allowed?

sorry if it seems I'm trying to pick holes, that's not my intention. I just want to make sure I don't run foul of any rules if I sign up.

Finally, what are the table limits at Baccarat for a newly signed up player?

Thanks for your time.

Hi deltani,

I'll be happy to answer. We developed an automated system for promotions, meaning awarding isn't manual in most cases - it's automatic. As such, our promotions function very similarly to bonuses.

When you fulfill a promotion > get a bonus, fulfill the bonus > it turns to cash. Once it's cash it has no restrictions, you can play whatever you like, however you like, or withdraw it.

Difference would be a deposit match being a bonus, while "bet a total of 1000 and get a bonus of 50" would be a promotion for example.

Regarding the weights: when bonus states NA on a game, that means that the game isn't only weighted to 0, it means that when you open the game you can only see your real money balance - the bonus balance will not be applicable. It prevents players from accidentally breaching t&c's by playing games that aren't applicable to bonuses. (Beats finding out you breached terms at the point of withdrawal) so baccarat will not be playable with your bonus funds for that bonus. You can ask for a table exclusive bonus which will allow you to play table games with it, with improved conditions for table game players.

When it comes to promotions , using my example above (wager 1000 get 50) very low edge games like baccarat are weighted down, meaning the money you play with will count at 10% of your bet value for that game.

Lastly, the term you mentioned. It does not cater to every type of progressive play, for that term to be taken in context you need to look at the opening term for the advantage play section which states that we consider bets over 20% of bankroll high risk (deposited bankroll). For example, a player depositing a 100, staking 40 on roulette/baccarat is a very high risk bet and usually employed because of large bankroll given free. If that is your thing, that's ok - but if a player stakes 5,6 bets of very high risk, boosts their bankroll 2-3 times over and then proceeds spinning a 30c spins to clear the bonus, the system will catch that automatically, notify CS and there is a good chance the bonus will be invalidated.

(This comes into action when bonus funds are in play only, real money bets don't trigger any breach)

On the other hand, a player depositing a 100, betting 4-5e spins (reasonable bankroll management), getting their bankroll up and with bigger bankroll increasing/decreasing their bet isn't something we have a problem with.

The terms are designed to try and be the least vague as possible to avoid the casino having the option to apply them very liberally, so we both know what we are agreeing to and can call upon it.

To withdraw baccarat winnings I the case you mention you would need to achieve those winnings with deposited funds only and not bonus funds.

I hope above helps clear things up.

Igor

Sorry I just noted the table limits question - bonus bets are limited to 6e, unless you get the table exclusive bonus which has increased bet sizes.

Real money bets are substantially higher (I think up to 100 per hand but I'll have to confirm tomorrow when in office).

Also re: above bonus description - our welcome packs are quite strict on deterring bonus hunters. As our players here will confirm the loyalty bonuses and subsequent deposit offers aren't, as we get to know out players we tend to drop our guard somewhat :)

Enjoy your time with us.
