Apologies if this has already been posted. If it hasn't been covered here goes:

I have not followed their T&C's much but i can see a few changes, maybe someone can point me to whether these were already there:

A Number of games are now weighted 0% for wagering. Slots like Steam Tower, Gonzos Quest, Reel Rush, Fruit Case Jack & The Beanstalk including the usual suspects like DOA and the Wishmaster. I am assuming they do not count towards wagering as they have a N/A next to them.

Maximum bet is now 5 Euros a spin - It was higher wasn't it?

Payout limit of 20k a month...

Input please :)

Out of that list, I only usually try the odd few spins on Steam Tower but am a DOA regular (who isn't lol)

My deposit last night was at BetAt and I'd vaguely recalled reading something about changes in their terms (not sure whether it was CM or not)

I usually head for DOA with my last £10-£15 when the impending bust is looming to try and salvage the balance and return to preferred games.

Last night was no different.

Can't comment on Steam Tower as I'd not dipped into bonus funds at that point BUT DOA was with bonus funds.

The little meter (top right) seemed to be crawling up at 0.06p every 4 spins (1/6th or 16.3%??)

So defo not zero contribution but other than what I've tried to explain (probs not very well ) not sure how things work right now

me thinks that vague recall may have been a comment i made in the free spins thread. Was playing with the 100% halloween bonus not long ago ago, did hit a nice win over 2500X on DOA, ended up a nice withdrawal. got an email for the 2nd week of the halloween promotions, and looking at the 100% noticed the terms in that stated DOA is NA for that bonus the 2nd week. Felt like perhaps i may have been partly to blame ;(

If you see my post above, Just managed to sort out in the right order, You will see whats been changed, Alot of games used to count 50% but some have been took of now and alot of the original 50% is now N/A

Its pretty bad when casino update terms without letting you know exactly whats been change

Apologies if this has already been posted. If it hasn't been covered here goes:

It's the same at Slotty Vegas as well.

I had an offer of a 50% bonus today. But decided to deposit elsewhere. Where they don't have such ridiculous game restrictions.

I can understand games like 'super monopoly money' and all the others (where a cash amount or 'achievement' can be built up, to be later released with a cash deposit), being restricted.

But anything other than that.... they can stick their bonuses where I won't be sticking my deposit

EDIT:
Oh and why 'spring break' and not 'thunderstruck'? They're clones.
It seems like it's just a list of games that people have previously played through a bonus on and got through the wagering with a decent withdrawal.
Will more games be added to the list every time this happens???

In Betat's defence at least you can still withdraw before you dip into the bonus but there does seem to be a lot of games that do not count towards the WR that i just cannot get my head around. Why for example is Jurassic Park restricted?
Also i have never really understood why so many casino's restrict DOA in the way they do.Lets face it you can hit a biggy but more often than not your going lose and lose your deposit quicker than playing most slots.
I play both these particular slots a fair bit and am sad to see them restricted but i also play more often than not these days without any bonus.

And spring feking break lol, Why on earth casino's are adding this and similer games is just plain stupid if you ask me,

its a 100% clone of thuderstruck and ladies night, there is nothing that game can or not do what the other two cant copy, Unless there is something we do not know about ?

It's an idea I've had for a while but what if we create au automated system for detecting T&C updates which only showed the deltas between the before and afters?

Does anyone think there would be any value or use in doing that?

Personally I don't think any casino that has withdrawal limits should be accredited, and I certainly won't play there.
If they can't afford to payout a large sum then I wouldn't trust them to keep paying. Imagine you won the 400k someone did on VS recently, almost 2 years before you get paid.
Yes the chance of actually getting that high is small for most people, but would hate to be that person then wait years for my money.
If they can't afford to pay then they should limit bet sizes to limit the loss if someone hits big, but they wont do that as they want the odd player to bet £50 a spin, but then don't want to payout if those players win.
If you're betting £50 a spin then the payout limit is one 400x win.

FYI Colin...VS has a 35K limit / month.

But I agree that withdrawals should not be limited. After all they take unlimited deposits, right?

I agree any casino should reduce bet size accordingly if there is a max pay out,

Do they? I don't play there anymore so hadn't noticed the limits. So a year for that player to get paid. Thats disgusting, and bet they don't let you bet what you like and pay them over the next 12 months.

It is disgusting, One decent thing is the person will receive the money without losing any sleep thats if VS has not paid him it all already, BUT thats not the point, They Simpy should not be letting people play theses sort of bets if you cannot pay them out,

I myself if I owned a company wouldn't like the idea of paying 35k out every month for a year, Not only that but the player would simply not play any more lol, As if they had another win than it would just get added on to the months,

the person in question may have put half a mill in, to only receive a set amount, I know we do not know the ins and outs, But what I do know and that is if there is a big winner, You do not see a big sign saying, Player just lost 200k

I was checking the terms at a new casino yesterday, and they banned Tomb Raider 1 and 2...
Why TR1??? It's a completely different game with no "saving up" anything.
So I fear you may be right - operators with no understanding of the games they have, just banning them because someone got lucky...

Well thats my point though, you can't say for sure VS or any other company will still be here in a month, 6 months or a year. Just because they payout quickly doesn't mean they have millions in the bank. What if 10 people win 35k one month, will they have £350000 to pay them all the £35k that month, plus all the other smaller winners. Without seeing their bank account you have no idea what they can actually payout. Obviously thats a risk with any casino, and a big win could bust any of them instantly, but I would suggest you have more chance of getting paid short term rather than in a year or two. Like you say, he could have lost £200k this month before winning £400k and they are happy to take the money up front, but when it comes to paying, they want you to give them credit to pay you your money.

They should take a leaf out of Trada Casino's book.

They simply restrict/lower the max coin size on slots that can potentially do a lot of damage.

DOA is a good example, max coin size is 0.10.

Nice and simple IMO, no need for pages of bullshit and restricting the games which are faves with players.

Would literally takes minutes to implement as it would be part of their games settings their side.

There is a thing called insurance to stop this happening.
