This offer i had into my account too.
I have make a deposit of 50,00€ and get the 50,00€ Bonus - All ok!
Before i can do my first spin my account FREEZE!!! :confused:

After that i go to live-chat and i should send the email-offer back and a screenshot in chat for this offer! :confused::confused::confused:
3x i have send the email and i have make the screenshot too!

I have do all and the CSA say: Now you must wait for an answer from another team! :mad:

Than she had switch the chat and the other CSA sayd: "Now i have got your email and i will re-open your account."

The top one has been online (to Casinomeister) more recently but both are helpful in my experience.

Not sure what happened in your personal case but I've always received my bonuses when playing at BetAt problem and hassle free and when I have encountered the odd issue CS or the reps here have been very helpful.

Seems like your country probably wasn't elgible for the bonus. Though as you could claim it and cs was involved you should PM rep and since it's Betat they'll sort it for you.

Don't bonus offers show up in the cashier when going to make a deposit at BetAt :confused:

Surely if the offer is there, then they must have put it there and hence your entitled to it :what:
