This was one of the most dissapointing things that has ever happened here at CM. First - a rise from a non-descript run-of-the-mill casino to a massively well received casino here. They were the poster child of how a well run casino should operate. Then - oh, the man behind the curtains went "poof" and the casino was sold off to a dodgy company - that claimed not to be dodgy - and they were caught lying to us and our community here in the forum.

So we said our farewells, and with irony hanging out in the sidelines - it turns out that their UK license was snatched by the UKGC for <gasp> lying to them about the same thing.

Oh a tangled web we weave....

Amazing how the UKGC sought to remove their licence post-ownership change, as the enforcers of justice and transparency, when it's their stifling and nonsensical governance that has directly led to decent outfits' mass exodus to begin with 🤔

I played at both but that was many years ago. Service was good but these days, once reputable casinos can suddenly turn stale.

Shame. I remember being genuinely shocked, in the best way possible, how they treated me. Especially the first time I went on live chat to complain about few spins not being credited, they told me to go back to my account and enjoy... And I had 50 cash waiting there, no strings attached... Obviously, then the joint went to shit, but for a brief time, they were #1 out there.

Aye, pre, they treated players very fairly - personal experience of this when i got an email in regarding having two accounts at same address (different people): many a casino would have voided it (even though you could argue why allow 2 to start with) but they simply said: just make sure the two accounts aren't running games at the same time and released the money. Someone else i know went above their max bet on bonus funds: they must have looked at it and seen only 1/2 spins, been with us a long time and said don't do it again etc - again, many/most places would have used those fews spins to confiscate.

Don't think they had a loyalty scheme, per se, but if you played there a lot (which i did) you'd get random spins/cash added via a message from 'Sam' etc. Been casino's leave over the years, for various reasons but definitely them going to hell in a handbasket was the one i was saddened to see go.
