BETAT and Slotty

Over the last week or so i've revived quite a few email from you promoting newly released games. Considering I've deposited at both casinos recently and quite a lot at Slotty, I'm pretty insulted to find not one offer of some introductory free spins.

No offence chaps but "we've launched some games others have had for ages - woohoo " isn't really gonna do much good.

Loads of casinos offer wager free spins even for low depositing customers on the launch of a new game.

Starting to look a little old hat I'm afraid.

I also noticed that. Just today i got anothe rone from betat anouncing "forsaken kigdom" wow...

In the past they used to send out deposit match offers or fs offers. For some time now getting these "we launched a new game" emails, pretty useless if you ask me, no offense here. But what up betat, you did that way better?;)

Having given it a go, I'm more inclined to call it the Godforsaken Kingdom.

The reason I find it insulting is that casinos where you may deposit £10/£20 once in a blue moon will throw these at you with no wagering quite regularly. Yet Slotty, which I play much more than BETAT has had many hundreds from me recently and never give them out beyond those linked to a deposit or the derisory amount you get on a Fri AND they have substantial wagering attached.

It says to me, we don't like giving out free spins even if you're unlikely to be able to make a withdrawal from them.

Looking at Guts and Betspin in particular they need to take a long hard look at their offers and wagering rules.

I noticed a trend this year with both the casinos mentioned in that 1) When a new game was released 'across the board' they didn't have it! 2) If they did get a 'new' game it was 2-3 months after all the other casinos had got it and therefore no longer new!

I visited BetAt live chat just to politely inquire why this was (Eg: Why has Guts, Next, Luck etc got Steam Tower and you guys have not?)

The reply was somewhat a load of rubbish but I did not argue just thanked and left.

I was told they do have the games but do not 'release' them until they have tested them their end (months to do this ???) and then they allow us to play. (Mg / Netent etc have their own 'testers' surely?)

I dunno why they are so out dated / behind and cannot release when all the other sites do.

I have a genuine theory based on past experiences but not 100% so will keep it out of this post but pretty confident it is £££ related.

In closing I find for such an 'amazing casino' as rated here they get away with an awful lot of 'rubbish!'

Must to admit I am glad I do not receive there junk no more, Other sites do this including 32red, But most of others give you free spins, Red bet, Unibet just to name a few give you a few spins at least & as others of pointed out I rarely deposit at them,

But its a bit of a cheek to send out new games with no offers or spins when the games are not new and have been out for a while, Maybe that it cost more when first released?

Thats not the point it comes down to marketing, Its an excuse to send out an email to remind you of the site's, If I am wrong than some one please in-lighting me,

To be fair though, Betat are running a double your money up to 100 promotion at the minute though of which i banked a few hundred off so least there offering something Slotty are the worst, if you arent wining you never get much in the way of bonuses.

I got the email too. I read it and was like...thats it? They must have forgot to put the other stuff in it (bonus or free spins or something). I didnt care much either way I just thought hmmm odd email.

Nope you're spot on!

Games

The games are slow/impossible to publish and has very little to do with money. We currently use a proprietary platform built by a third party and their service to us is just not up to par. You will notice that NetEnt games do not release on time, while Microgaming ones do.

We are working on the new games and a new platform. I'll speak to the team about announcing new games that are past their larch deadline as that is moot.

Thanks

I'll take a look at Slotty reward scheme. Each Tuesday and Friday the compounded wagering rewards are given with 1x turnover.

Thats what happens when messing with 3rd partys, I know sometimes it does have to happen but late release games or some sites Shit payment processors for others, Every thing relays on somebody else,

I am no way saying that its just your sites but at the end of the day its us players that get hit, Let it be slow pay, late games, Error codes, Lag, Money disappearing during game play, Its all to do with somebody else? Which is most likely so my question is why stand for it?

Nothing but trouble across sites in recent times, Guts has done the best and left shitty EM, Yes a couple of moans so far but its only day 1 and only going to benefit players in the long run,

You do not ring up the phone company when internets down & hear them say we are sorry we are relying on another company to fix, Passing the buck on, It maybe true but its down to who you with that should be to blame or sort you out,

If its not good enought than change it

geez you're on a roll today matey lol

Spot on again tho, not just casinos but in general too easy to 'pass the buck'

How about taking a bit of responsibility!

I no sorry, Just letting my steam off, Still coming out my ears, Its that we as players are getting the back end of the stick,

Every one blames other people, In my book thats not right, I would not ask you to lend me a few quid and say sorry mate canot pay you back as my other mate not paid me, Lol Im always the nob lending people money and nether getting it back :)

No need to apologise buddy, I'm in your corner as always :)

With you on the money thing too, hate 'struggling' to get my OWN money back if I've helped someone out, then when I need the favour returning everyone's suddenly either skint, gone into hiding and for some reason don't hear their mobiles ringing

Yep no need for it, If not pay back than do not ask, Thy dig there own grave

Thank you.

Now it is entirely fair you mention this as I didn't and should have. My apologies. This is a good scheme and something you rightly should get credit for.

My issue is twofold and relates to free spins though.

1. Sending out multiple emails in a short period without offering anything as an incentive doesn't work for me.

2. I feel the wagering requirement is too much on these. When compared with what others offer as part of their overall package with zero wagering then it starts to seem uncompetitive and doesn't incetivise deposits.

I take the bonus code when I deposit at Slotty but don't expect a return on the freed spins. Even though I rarely get one at zero wager, the probability is greater and therefore makes me more likely to deposit there first.

Hope that helps.

It really has nothing to do with "passing the buck" - it's merely and explanation why and a note that we are aware and working on it. Thankfully for you, there is so much competition out there that there is a right fit for every type of player.

As for us, yes, at the moment we cannot deploy new games fast enough - we are working on a long term solution to ensure that is not a problem. THat is a process, especially ensuring all goes smoothly when it does happen. That's about the jist of it.

i agree that the wagering can be frustrating, I often get offers from other casinos where the 100 spins for your £100 deposits are wager free :)

However I have seen before on the forum Betat state it is not something they are willing to change, so i respect that - I tend not to take offers with wagering anyway, but betat are great if you are just using your own money :)

Granted but its a step in the right direction. I think they should perhaps have a lower wagering requirement bit have to acknowledge where efforts have been made.

I hope they keep it. Thanks betat.
I wouldn't mind something like deposit €300 for 200 FS.
Just making it a little high-roller friendly. I enjoyed the deposit €50 for 50 free spins too, but 50 FS on a mediocre game hardly increases my play-time.

We're unable to change it for the time being (and not for much longer too), not unwilling. We're undergoing platform migration within the next month, at which point, we'll drop the WR from free spins

Guys,

Just a quick thank you.

The offers coming though recentlynhsbe been really good, coupled with the wager free comments above and the quick withdrawal processing times is great.

Sorry if my original posts sounded harsh but you're doing a great job.

Thank you.
