Hi everyone,
I am having a problem with betandwin.com. They are a sportsbook, but also have a casino using Boss Media software.
Last month I joined them to play the casino. At the time, they had a sign up bonus of 50% to E100 and a reload bonus of 50% to E200. The casino software uses Euro, eventhough the sportsbook itself uses USD.
So I deposited enough to claim both bonuses, and set forth to wager. I've met the requirements they stipulated (20x Deposit and Bonus), which worked out to E18000. There is no chance that I didn't fulfil this requirement, because the software conveniently tracks this for you: You can't withdraw until you've met this requirement.
On Mar 31 I made my withdrawal. The next day I recieve notice for documentation, which I promptly sent. Then nothing. I e-mailed them a week later, no reply. I e-mailed them a few days later still, nothing. I used the help interface on their website, no response.
Finally yesterday, June 14 I notice that they refunded my deposit only to Neteller, in the amount of $519. (I deposited $530, the cashier takes 2% off for using Neteller, how generous).
My original withdrawal was for $983. I am owed winnings, bonus and even comp points in the amount of $464.
I waited a day to see maybe they will pay the rest, but so far nothing. Because I can't get any response whatsoever from their CS dept, I'm posting here for help.
