It's a little late as the forums where undergoing work when I actually wanted to post this, but affiliates of Bet365 should take a look at this:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

I would specifically direct your attention to point 9:

You have removed any content from your reviews which could be deemed as factual e.g. payment methods, software, contact details, company history. Review content moving forwards must cover only your personal experience and opinions of bet365 products and services (and make it apparent these are indeed solely your opinions).

Your reviews are no longer allowed to contain any content which 'could be deemed as factual'.

I'm sure many affs are going to really hurt from this one, but not having worked with Bet365 in many years that is a fairly funny knee jerk reaction that once again goes over the score. Lawyers getting to set the terms for a market they don't understand.

I chatted again to their affiliate manager in Berlin, said they were keeping a low profile during the conference (as were others) until this UKGC advertising/promotion stuff is implemented and signed off. Obviously this term is designed to put distance between any non-approved advertising or activity by affiliates and Bet365 themselves, but as you suggest it seems to have been written by a lawyer with no understanding of the product and market. It's almost laughable - I can therefore state "Bet365 are, in my opinion, a bunch of c***s" but I can't say "Bet 365 have 456 slots from 9 different providers and are UK-based".

It's really just laughable - you can't state how to contact them, how players are paid, how quickly they'll be paid, what softwares are offered, how many games they have, who their regulators are, what countries they accept, who their ownership is, what bonus they offer - effectively you can't say anything that would actually be useful to a reader......
