Bet1128s laggy software cost me money - no compensation

    I registered at the bet1128-casino and the website was a bit messy. Even thou I had english as the language, italian come up and there was a few links that were not working.

    But anyways, i started playing JoB and i got dealt a pair of sevens but nothing else so I tried to hold the pair but then I noticed that it didnt take any effect. I then thought that perhaps there was a disconnection problem and that i should log on and then off again so I did. But when I came back the hand I partially played was gone and I had to rebet. I thought that sucked and so I emailed the support back and forth that my bet should be reassumed etc etc but they didnt refund me. Okay, one bet is not all that much but I think it is the principle that I shouldnt pay for their laggy software (can note that I have a very stable 24 mbit-connection and didnt download) and that the support should show some goodwill but they didnt.

    Another hand.
    I also complained about one thing but since I am not that fully familiar with the rules of pickempoker then maybe they were right. I got a flush with a pair in it (because it appears that in pickempoker you could get the card you hold again) but I only got paid for the pair? Should I have gotten paid for a flush if i had Ah, 2h, 10h, 10h 3h?

    (note: it could also been a 3 of a kind i got paid for, the only thing i remember really was that I DIDNT get paid for a flush)
