You know, you would think that, in a thread promoting a specific casino, where numerous players are having numerous problems, the rep would, having read the thread, comment.
The fact they haven't commented tells me to stay away (not that all the problems would help me to deposit there anyway)

just to finish this one up, I managed to get a few items accepted, but the one from yesterday was another required proof of address, which is difficult for me to provide - i attempted one item i thought might be acceptable, but that got refused earlier today.

I emailed them in the last half hour to close my account (as there is simply no point if i cant get account verified and then play), and I had the quickest reply yet, within 2-3 minutes my account was closed.

Well, i tried to give them a try.!

They wouldn’t close mine so I just self excluded from there site for five years

Strange! I went into live chat, asked how you close your account, was given email address to mail, sent mail straight away included my account number and about 2-3 minutes later got a reply saying it was closed (tried to log in but couldn't so was done really quick)

I was surprised how quick they were to close my account, but no point keeping it if I just can't verify and give everything they want. (Which I thought was a bit excessive anyway)

first of all let me say sorry for the confusion that took place because of this offer! the aim was to offer free spins for a game that has been requested quite frequently, but by doing so we have raised other questions that I think might have gone unanswered.

we have recently had to update the list of countries we can accept players from because of different regulations. Therefore, for example we had to take ourselves out of the Swedish market and also for now can not offer games in Switzerland. In the excitement of offering you something we thought would be enjoyable, these restrictions were not communicated fully (including the exclusion of UK from this offer)
We are very sorry this led to a lot of misunderstandings!

The rules and regulations we have to follow in order to verify an account can take a while depending on the amount of requests. But I can assure you that our security department is working full speed to verify each account. The closure of an account can go much faster because there is not a load of documents to check and verify!

As for not being present in this chat: LadyJelena was in contact with me these last few days and we tried to find that best possible solution for this situation before approaching you all with it. So don't blame her - she did her absolute best to get a great offer for you! Sadly, because of the regulations there is nothing I can do about NI (which I would like to confirm is indeed part of the UK ;) )

Ok fair enough however I was told my spins would be added for two days kept being told that they would email me when they were added. Doesn’t matter now as I’ve self excluded because didn’t like to think what a withdrawl would be like if getting spins was such a nightmare.
