Just a small note to players on important titbits relevant to playing on www.bet-at.eu:

Banking: Withdrawals cannot be reversed automatically. Flushing of funds is done almost instantly, up to a maximum of 4 hours. Reversal is possible via contacting CS and only before the funds are flushed to the processor. All usual payment methods are accepted.

On that note, its important to mention KYC protocols: we use third party ID checkers so photo ID's are only accepted form of ID. We strongly encourage and reward early KYC, you will get a message from us at your first deposit asking for docs and we award bonuses for customers that don't mind sending those in. Reason being is that we do try to respect ASAP cash-outs however we do not cash out players without having docs in hand, which slows the withdrawals process down in cases where the customer isn't KYC'd.

Bonuses: Bonus funds do not lock real money, bets and winnings of real monies are calculated separately so if you happen to find a bonus in your account as a daily cash-back it would not lock your money in, it's just a loyalty reward. As I mentioned, real money bets are free-for-all however, once bonus funds are being utilised, those (bonus) bets do carry their own bonus conditions so please read them beforehand. We do consider some types of play when using bonus funds advantage play so we have 4 basic rules outline what not to do with bonus funds which may cause annulling of the bonus balance. If a case happens where a bonus is invalidated deposit amounts are returned to players though.

You will never see us use terms such as "in the spirit of the bonus" or "at our discretion" - the bonus rules are clear and transparent, meaning that if we do something (stupid) that ends in positive EV promotion, we'll own up to it, although we learned not to do that so I wouldn't expect it to happen :)

Sign-up and first deposit bonuses do carry "max bet" parameters to ward off colluders and advantage play so please keep an eye out for those. That said, if you do not find an acquisition bonus that suits your requirements, we are able to instantly cater for tailored requests. Speak to the agents on chat and they'll facilitate any reasonable request.

Promotions / Loyalty / etc: We created an automated promotional system, meaning all our promotions are pre-defined. Opting into a promo does not mean you need to wait until its end to reap the rewards, we show the progress of any active promotion and bonus in-game so you can see how much you have wagered, how much is left to wager and % progress toward cashing out the bonus funds. We feel that is quite a nifty feature for our customers.

One important note is the RTP% bar in your account. Take a snap shot of those when having a particularly bad run or just come on chat. We aim to keep the player RTP% in a healthy bracket for most game sessions as long as they don't bet 50% of the bankroll per hand :) If you ask for a free chip we very rarely say no.

Finally, for MGS lovers of ThunderstruckII, Immortal Romance and other "Achievement Games" we are the first to work with MGS to reward players for achieving in-game rewards. So far i know some of you msut have filled up half those paytalbes gold without much happening - now you can cash-out your efforts. Achievements section is a new promotional element we are working on so we will be rewarding cash rewards for played game combinations, game volumes etc.

Error 2 every few spins. Incredibly annoying

Hi Peezo, were you experiencing this on "Fat lady sings"? I'm looking at your sessions at this moment and it seems that this game might be giving you some issues.

Please send me game info so i can escalate this to microgaming - unfortunately Error's 0,1 and 2 are errors that are caused directly between the player and MGS servers. If you are experiencing an error on a game consistently i'll need to follow that up for you.

Send me a PM with the info and i'll get that looked into asap.

One thing concerns me....what is a "3rd party ID checker"? Seems odd, and I'm not sure I want some unrelated entity to have all my info, considering I'm probably not protected by a direct agreement between them and I.

I never got any errors with Fat Lady Sings, it was just slow. I've been getting Error 2 on almost every other slot I've played e.g. dark knight, untamed series, tfrol etc

3rd party doc checkers are fairly common, possibly not advertised. 192.com works on that premise but for addresses for example and they are used by pretty much every gaming operator out there. These businesses are tied into the various countries government databases with latest updates on changes in documentation layouts. So for example if an ID card or actions by a player raise concern, in such case parts of the scan are sent over, where the layout and the background watermark of a card is being offset against the date of issue.

Even so, no personal information is in fact disseminated, as elements of passport numbers, driving licences etc. are serial in relevance to the origin and time of issue. Similary to the IIN number (first 6 digits) of a credit card, which are purely relevant to the bank and the country.

So say a fraudster finds an ID card from 2004, changes some stuff around and is top notch photoshop artist masking it look as original as can be - parts of the serial numbers / date of issue & background watermarks wont match. That is something we cant possibly know, but these kind of service providers make their bread and butter on knowing :)

Frankly no full information is ever carried over since name & other personal details bear no relevance to the end-result of authenticity.

I REALLY like some of your promotion and RTP ideas. Nice to see something unique and different...and considering just about every new casino opening up is using QF or Netent or both (or multi-provider platforms in general), you're going to need differentials to stand out from the ever-increasing crowd :)
 
I've been trying to play this evening but keep getting server errors, lucky to get 2 - 3 mins of play before getting an 'error 2'. Have tried two different browsers with no luck.

Can you confirm if you have other reported errors?

Same here. Takes a few minutes to log in then a few minutes to start a game and after a few spins you get error.
 
I was just coming here to post about this problem and see if any others had the same issue. Received an email saying I had £25 in my account so seeing as I have no money and an enormous amount of free time I jumped on TS2.

Within 5 minutes I had the 'error 2' message 3 times, I did ask Jorge via the support chat if they had a download version (they don't), I continued playing and over the next 10-15 minutes I had the same error message 3 times.

The spins take an age to complete too - even on quickspin settings, was like pulling teeth.
 
ERROR 2 code happens when, you have used up your RG Limit and that is any kind of daily/weekly/bet limit on any of your accounts.
i have had that same prob at couple of other casinos, and it was fixed pretty quick.
So on that ill be here once thats fixed :)

also having these issues. additionally each slotspin takes 10+ seconds.... am really furious, having wasted my evening on this experience!

day starts at 4am, and i probably will dream of having deposited and played at the good old 32red ;-)

but at least support (jorge) is VERY friendly and seems as disappointed, as i am. site looks good, t&c´s read fair, forum-representative sounds to have "his shit together" ;-) i really want to give this casino a shot....

Am I only one with one of the most fast internet connection and great computere specs who has problems at Bet-at-EU ?? very slow navigating and also slots very slow. Just had casino error as well :mad:

Hope this is not normal but do want to say thank you for a £25 bonus received :thumbsup: Just frustrating can't play it :what:

Igor is currently unavailable so I'll pick up the thread in his stead. My name is Karl and I am the Casino Manager.

We have indeed received the reports of Error 2 popping up which is stopping players from playing our games. We are currently in touch with Microgaming who are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. Should we not have a sufficient resolution within the hour, we may consider having to put the site under maintenance until MGS can get to the bottom of the what is causing it.

This is most unfortunate to happen at the start of our baptism by fire, however we would like our players experience at the casino to be the best that it could possibly be, and wouldn't be happy offering a less than satisfactory service. We will of course compensate poor experience to players once we receive the response from Microgaming.

I'll be keeping you all up to date on the proceedings :)

Its such a shame that this issue happened today of all days but we are doing our best to resolve the situation in the fastest time possible.

We still havent got to the bottom of the issue with Microgaming, so Ive taken the decision to go under maintenance until it is resolved. I'd much rather players can enjoy their free funds with the site working at peak performance.

If you havent used your free funds already, youll be able to go ahead once we take the casino back up - otherwise I'll throw more funds in your account for you to enjoy, so no problem there :)

I'm sure you'll be thrilled with what we've got on offer. Ill keep you guys up to speed on the proceedings once I we understand what is causing the issue with the games.
