I have now sent multiple emails to Bet And Win asking for their formal complaints process in dealing with a complaint I have.
After initially responding with some information that was totally irrelevant (all about Complaince rather than their complaints procedure) they are not responding at all now. I would much rather go through their own formal complaints procedure before taking to any gambling authority but Bet And Win's total disregard for my emails is totally awful in my opinion.
Really shameful behaviour from such a large organisation.
