I know we all love to post in the complaint section of this forum about the nasty, immoral things done to us by various online casinos. However, because of that, I see it as our duty to also post about the good ones as well. My best online gaming experience by far is with BET 365. They are absolutely amazing. Withdrawals processed and returned to your neteller account in under 10 minutes. No hassles with withdrawals or deposits. The complete feeling that your money is safe while at their casino. And more importantly, that the money is actually yours! Everyone here knows what I mean, sometimes you don't feel like money you have at a casino is actually your own because of the risk that the casino may try something underhanded when you try and withdraw your winnings, and or the withdrawal process may take forever. Not so at bet 365, the money is yours when you need it, as quick as you need it. On top of that, if you have any problems or questions whatsoever, you'll get someone talking to you on the live chat feature within seconds.
I've had 2-3 bad to horrible experiences with online casino's in the past couple months and it has made me quite dienchanted with the entire online gaming industry. So I'd like to thank Casino 365 for maintaining a face of integrity and honesty in a business where the norm seems to be far from that.

I am glad to hear good news for Bet 365

from other members as well.
Its my favorite playtech casino (and I have tried most of them).
I am not writing any more as I have already praised Bet 365 in other threads-posts.

I would have to imagine that Bet365 is probably the most - if not one of the most - underrated operations around. Never mind that it's in all likelihood the #1 PlayTech casino around, it'll probably start jumping on people's radars more often when thinking about the best casino/poker/sportsbook operations around. We don't hear much about them, but from my estimate, I'd consider them amongst the Top-10 operations out there.


I've always had good luck here, in the sense that my money always seems to last a long time. I'm okay with their choices of games, and I like the live dealers, I think the only thing I don't care for is their promotions. After that, no problems.

Yeah - bloody wonderful.

I got the 100 match bonus when they switched from Boss to Playtech.
When I was 3/4 of the way through WR (doing OK) they suddenly removed my bonus money & sent me their standard "You're banned from bonuses & we're not telling you why - go away!" e-mail.
(I'd NEVER had ANY problems when they were Boss).

Several e-mails to them to enquire why were met with deafening silence

I'm sure they are much better now and I would even recommend them, but they wont be getting another penny from me.

I have done 3 withdraws lately using the chat and the process is instant!
(I had said that in another thread as well)
The money arrives to my moneybookers account after 3-5 hours.
Perhaps with Neteller is even faster.

Okay the answer is "no" I have been testing out ToteSport UK Casino, also on Playtech, and while they only take credit/debit cards they have a similar proprietary banking system to Ladbrokes in that you can transfer funds bewteen casino and sportsbook at will, and cashout whenever you like. This is automatically flushed and processed with no Reverse period, although you can simply transfer it to sportsbook and back later if you wish to.

Yet to see how long it takes to reflect in the bank account as i only withdrew today. It's been three days since i emailed Bet365 with questions and still no repsonse...I'll send it again.

As an aside, "Desert Treasure" slot on Playtech with its 10 free spins at 3x is awesome Glad i found this one...seems to have a fantastic balance between good healthy payouts and keeping you "in the game".

I think I'm probably one of the first people to have touted BET365 as one of the top rated operations on the Internet. But lately there's been some very strange goings on with regards their Blackjack software that has prompted me to have closed my account there at BET365 effective this morning.

First off, on the 23rd of May I managed to put together two back to back split MAX wager hands (see attached) that in and of itself was great and actually that same scenario had come about several times over the past 3 or 4 months. However, since the 23rd of May and immediately thereafter BET365changed their wager window from $1.00 to $2,000.00 on their Single Player Surrender Blackjack to $1.00 to $500.00 or $5.00 to $1,500.00 so it would appear to me right off the bat that the outcomes incident to their Blackjack has a direct correlation to the amount wagered as I cannot think of any other reason for modifying the original wager window.

Moreover, since the 23rd of May I have noticed a considerable lag time in the softwares response time when a MAX wager is placed and in fact it feels as though the software is in fact adjusting to the higher wager. When the cards are finally dealt you see nothing but 6 and 7 card draws to 21.

If this were an isolated incident I could easily write it off to a run of bad luck, but I'm getting data back on nearly a daily basis from players out of Australia, The United Kingdom, Israel, South Korea and Japan and elsewhere all of which supports the identical modis operandi.

I don't play enough of the other Playtech casinos to be able to tell if this is a Playtech problem or a result of backend engineering on the part of BET365. But I'd suggest keeping your wagers low at BET365 if you play there at all.
