Hi whats the best comps you have recieved from play? And what casino has been doing this for you would love to here some personal experiences and maybe more casinos will start to treat the good vip players better for the action? Birthday Presents? Christmas Presents? Kickbacks on Play? Did the casino just comp you ok at the beginning then a year later did the comps get worse and did they forget about you? Lets hear it!

I've been a VIP member at Allslots casino for quite a while now. They have always comped me heavily and given 'gifts' (gift certificates, electronics, baskets) on Christmas, birthdays, etc. But I lost a truck load last month and haven't heard peep from them since. This is quite lame and why I am comtemplating switching to another MGC- Uk club seems like the first runner up. Anyone know how they treat their VIP's?

I can only say from my own experience that the longer I've been playing at 32Red, the happier I am with them. Christmas presents, free chips, comps, yes, but that's not the most important thing. Absolutely the most important thing is that you can communicate with them on a personal level, really talk to them, tell them what you want, and they'll tell you what they can do for you. Without going into detail, I'll just say that I've provided the CS with some challenging requests (within reason), and 32Red really deliver. I'm not even that much of a high roller mind you. I've played at 30+ casinos, but 32Red is pretty damn amazing when it comes to customer service and reliability. To the extent that it's very rare for me to play at other casinos. I just think it adds to the enjoyment of gambling when you are absolutely certain that the games are fair and that the casino will honor their end of the deal. I only play at other casinos when I see a bonus offer I can't resist

I've been looking at some RTG casinos lately, for variety's sake. Out of the RTG casinos I've contacted, I was impressed with Bodog customer service when I made some inquiries. Inetbet also made a good first impression, and their bonuses are quite attractive, so my RTG casino is probably going to be one of these.

I have managed to get invited to Intercasino's Platinum Club and they've taken me to boxing matches, football games, and given me some decent offers.

I also got invited to Intercasino's Platinum Club. The extra comp points and special bonus offers are great. I also received a nice weekend trip to a football game. Their customer service is outstanding.

I have been playing at Roxy since mid December after seeing them on Slotjunkies (was enough to spur me to delete Casino Action and install Roxy on my limited hard drive.
I rather got the impression that these regular mailers were unchanging, yet it seems that the midweek one has been given a miss this week (confirmed by their support) - however, a newsletter for this very midweek is in the casino lobby and is dated Tuesday through to Thursday and has a valentine theme. I would like to know if indeed there has been no mailer this week for the first time in 2 months, or they have made a fourth mistake this week and cannot see it!

I have also had a few erroneous E-mails from them regarding my latest withdrawal (I have the withdrawal though). I have been told that they were unable to refund a small portion of my withdrawal to Neteller, despite the fact that my deposits through Neteller are currently in excess of my withdrawals. I cannot get a "straight" answer to these points, but get global standard replies, including the ubiquitous "as stated on our website".

Perhaps these lot are not the "Golden Guys" of the industry I have been inclined to believe, but are just "another good online casino", who can occasionally screw up just as well as the best of them!
