A player came to us after the casino had denied a €1800 withdrawal claiming "we need to verify your credit card with the bank before we do any payouts". They then returned the player's deposits, locked the account and refused to provide further information or respond to the player's attempts to communicate.
We received the PAB, forwarded the details to the casino, and heard nothing back even after several attempts.
