I think it depends what you are looking for JM. Good games and good service vary and everyone has an idea of what constitutes a "good casino". 32Red share the Microgaming platform so if its games then there are a host of others with the same games, but in my experience not so many that provide all the other frills that 32Red provide - fast support and cashouts etc. However their levels of service, their ideas of what constitutes "looking after a player" vary a lot.

I would put a fair software above everything else. I don't care whether the CS reps are male or female, but I want them to be competent and know their own casinos terms and conditions. Fast payouts are nice, but I can afford to wait a week if I know that I will get paid.

Intercasino is good as long as you don't need help with anything. Their email support is really bad and the last time I had a problem it took 4 or 5 phonecalls and the problem still wasn't resolved.

Personally this is why i mostly play at one casino (no prizes for guessing which!) and only really deviate if i'm on a bad streak...even then not all the time. They just have everything right IMHO. But everyone has different criteria. The Belle Rock casinos are generally popular i find, mainly due to good promotions (like winning cars etc) and dishing out monthly bonuses i think. They also have a great magazine they mail out to players called "Cool Hand". That said, their support is a bit slow I find.

There are other casinos that meet a lot of the criteria (Ladbrokes or Casino Kingdom are my second choice MG casinos) but many casinos fall short on the way they treat players I think. Its not so much that their support doesnt sort your stuff out, as much as that most of them just make you feel like you're "just another" customer as opposed to a "valued" customer. Cooks and Casino Kingdom actually do a very good job on support. Always quick and generally sorts stuff out. But then they can be a bit haphazard in processing withdrawals next-day...they do mostly but on a couple of occassions i've had to wait 5 days or more and thats not good enough for me. Next day or I dont play.

Crypto casinos use Ecash and that is a good payment system i find (altho I've so many PIN numbers i've lost track so just stick to one Crypto now - Littlewoods).

I also like loyalty extras - i reckon on an average month i get probably around 4-5% of all my deposits back in one way or another through extra loyalty points and bonuses on Club Rouge.

What matters would that be? 32Red quite clearly has superior support. They also pay out just as fast as Intercasino and they will pay winnings directly to your creditcard. Only obvious advantage I see is that Inter gives out a better monthly bonus and that there is no reversal period for cashouts. I'm pretty sure though that 32Red will flush your cashout if you ask them.

Of course, you may prefer the Crypto software to Microgaming. Personally I think there are pro's and con's for both.

And KasinoKing: I agree that there is rarely a need to get in touch with Inter but when you do have a problem they are a hassle.

How has Patsy Kensit (or 32RED for that matter) got anything to do with pornography!?!? Intercasino are the WORST for that!!! With the sultry "Jane Bentley" photo's that arrive in my inbox on a daily basis.

Moreover, how can a 50/50 monthly match be better than the 132/132 that 32Red offer!??

It should be considered an enormous compliment to 32RED that people are willing to knock them for pretty lame, intangible reasons.. You have to be at the top of your game for people to try and knock you down!

No prizes for guessing where my favourite casino is then - a browse on the "winner screenshots" backs this up too 32Red are the only casino I'd recommend to a friend, and I have. I reckon I must've signed up at least seven or eight mates - and not one has come back to me with a bad experience... (Well, except one who blew his entire stake in about three minutes flat on stupid blackjack hands - but that counts as him being a complete numpty, and nothing to do with the casino! Heh hee)

In terms of other places I've had good experiences. MG - Spin Palace and Maple Casino, Crypto - I'm enjoying Totalbet and Littlewoods. Belle Rock just miss out because of the weird slots speed thing that seems to be grinding the slots to a halt for UK players

Lol. Reminds me of one of the first times i played online at Ladbrokes. Got a Royal Flush in about my second ever session and then blew it all on good old Thunderstruck in about 30 mins! Still haven't learned from that mistake....
