HI ALL IM 1 OF THOSE LOSERS WHO WAS TAKEN IN BY A 315% BONUS FROM GRANDPARKER 1 MORE OF THOSE {SCREW YOU } RTG SITES CASHED IN 4 $400 AND STARTED WITH $1660 WHICH HAD A PLAYTHROUGH OF 35X SO JUST THE SMALL MATTER OF $58100 TO GO LOL, WELL DONT FALL OFF YOUR SEATS BUT MANAGED TO DO THIS AND WAS LEFT WITH $3414 IN ACCOUNT NOW $1260 OF THIS WAS A NON CASHABLE AMOUNT WHICH I UNDERSTOOD WHICH LEFT $2154 WHICH I THEN PROCEEDED TO CASHOUT ON THE 3RD OF MARCH THEN HAD THE BACK AND FORTH OF FAXBACK FORMS AND DOCUMENTS AND EMAILS FROM THEM THAT NEVER ARIVED SO ANY GOT THAT SORTED BY 23RD MARCH AND THEN CASHED OUT THEN GOT EMAIL BACK SAYING $890 HAS BEEN PAID INTO BANK WHICH BY THE WAY STILL HASNT SO AS WELL AS THE $1260 NON CASHABLE DOLLARS THEY ALSO TOOK ANOTHER $1260 FROM WINNINGS I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN TAKE IT TWICE COS THE ORIGANAL $1260 WAS NOT CASHABLE ANYWAY SO WHY DID THEY TAKE IT FROM WINNINGS TOO HAVE I BEEN SCREWED OR IM JUST A DUMBASS DONT ANSWER SECOND PART OF THAT ALREADY NO THE ANSWER

You could create your username without using the Cap-button. Can't you please write like I do and we might can read what you are writing. Then calm down a bit. You can't solve anything in five minuts anyway:)
 
Well, firstly, you might want to take the caps lock off. I'd wager if you wrote a nicely constructed sentence, people would be more inclined to read your post, assuming you had a valid question in the first place. I've never personally played there but I didn't even know there was a question at first because I couldn't be frigged to wade through the screaming and the one big sentence to find out.

The non reply responses are to your all caps which is a very rude way of speaking (called SHOUTING) throughout your post. Just a little info...use lowercase when speaking..otherwise it is considered SHOUTING throught your posting and no one will be interested in what you have to SHOUT.

Ok friend....
Caps is considered screaming/yelling, and therefore rude.
Noone wants to talk to rude people, and therefore, noone will be interested in what you have to say.
Furthermore, caps makes it hard to read what you're screaming, and no punctuation + one long meaningless sentence adds to that.
Therefore most pople wont even read to the end of your post, hence you'll get no informative replies to your questions.
Just trying to help......
 
sorry didnt realise caplock button was a decluration of war my bad, stringing words together not my strongest field of expertise losing at online casinos is my major
 
It isn't a declaration of anything except possibly disrespect, especially when everyone is taking the time out to explain it's considered rude. So now you know, and as GI Joe said, knowing is half the battle ;)
 
ok,lets try again then my querry is i spent $400 at grandparker .com with a 315% bonus which gave me a starting balance of $1660 of which i had to playthrough 35x totaling $58100 which was achieved ,and afterwhich i had $3414 on my total balance,$1260 of which was not cashable, that i understood,the remaining balance was $2154 withdrawable,but when i withdraw they took another $1260 from total, ive emailed them no responsnce or phone number availible, and told me $890 sent to bank this has not happened either, my understanding was the bonus was $1260 that i could not cash but not to take again from other balance, which makes total of $2510 they took $1260 non cashable bonus plus $1260 from winnings is this normal practise?

You should have withdrawed the whole sum, because they remove the bonus after if I understand it correctly.
How could they tell you they sent $890 to your bank if they didn't respond? Don't they have a live-chat?

OK... first off, a little lesson on how to make your posts more readable!

Next, 315% is NOT a standard welcome bonus that I can see on their site - so how did you get this bonus offer?
Was it via e-mail, live chat, or from an affiliate site?
Have you got a copy of the bonus terms?

They don't have a rep here on the forum, but I have good contacts I can reach be e-mail or Skype if you want me to try to help you with this (you would need to PM me your username).
Or you can Pitch-A-Bitch with Casinomeister and they will sort it out for you. However, you only get one PAB for a non-accredited casino, so I recommend you do all you can to sort your problem with the casino yourself first.

hi sorry for very late responce to comments ,when you enter cashier page there are 3 boxes you see bonus box, playthrough box and withdrawable box, so had total balance of $3414 ,but $1260 was in bonus box and $2154 was in withdrawable box and you cannot withdraw from bonus box at any time, so couldnt cashout whole $3414 but only $2154 from withdrawable box ,so they keep the bonus box but then they also took another $1260 from my withdrawable box after cashout was approved ,if i go to live chat they just say cant help email fianace department which as i started this process on 3rd of march and now 2 weeks into april would find more help talking to the wall,i play alot of poker too but never had problems with payments ever,3 days tops and thought that casinos worked under same standards ,probabley bit nieve on my part ,but to be honest with all the gambling on casinos ive done its the first time ive tried to cashout lol lol lol lol

GrandParker experience

I've had positive experiences with them. They pay up to 1k per payment so you should have the other 1200 or so still in account. did you play at all after withdrawing the 2100 or so?

I've always been paid and never had a problem with them or the other casinos in their group.
 
I honestly don't understand.
If there still is money that is bonus, doesn't that mean that the wagering of the bonus isn't done?
Doesn't that mean that you actually can't withdraw anything, because everything is still the casinos money?
